In the early 2000s, she was a well-known TV personality in Australia, having hosted popular shows like Changing Rooms and Our House.
Suzie Wilks, who hasn’t been seen on camera since 2009, looked stunning while celebrating the holidays with friends.
The 55-year-old former TV host shared photos on her Instagram story Monday of a festive pre-Christmas lunch she enjoyed.
The mother of one looked slim and stylish at the event, wearing a black satin blouse with a short, beige skirt.
I couldn’t help but notice how amazing Suzie looked! Her skirt really showed off her legs, and those black leather boots – hitting right at the perfect spot below her knee – completed the whole look. It was just stunning.
Suzie wore her brown hair down and completed her look with oversized black sunglasses.

She finished her glamorous and youthful look with some silver bling around her neck.
Suzie is really embracing the holiday season, as shown in a new post featuring her at two Christmas events.
In one photo, she looked relaxed and happy with her friends, wearing a brightly colored, floral midi dress.
Another photo revealed Suzie looking just as stunning, wearing a black and white checkered dress and playfully trying to get a cat off the dining table.
Suzie looked happy and at ease with her friends, and she hadn’t changed much from the woman viewers loved seeing on Australian television in the early 2000s.
In a 2019 interview with News Corp, Suzie explained why she hadn’t been on television for nearly eight years.
Suzie, a mother to 13-year-old Ruby with her ex-husband Nick O’Halloran, admits she didn’t realize how hard it would be to juggle being a mom and working in television.
She resigned from Nine’s Changing Rooms at the end of 2005, after seven years as host.

Having shot for 40 weeks of the year, Suzie admitted that she didn’t realise the hours involved.
I really went into this job thinking I could balance being a mom with earning a living – you know, still be there for my kids while contributing financially. But honestly, it’s turned out to be the complete opposite of what I expected. It’s much harder to juggle everything than I thought it would be.
Suzie explained that her job was taking up a lot of her time, and she didn’t want to miss important moments with her daughter, Ruby.
I truly appreciate everything I’ve had, but I reached a point where I felt like I wasn’t living my own life. I didn’t want to miss important moments with my daughter, Ruby, so I made the difficult decision to resign.
After leaving her previous role, I saw Suzie make a really fun move in 2008 – she joined the cast of Dancing With The Stars over at the Seven Network. It was a great fit for her energy!
The timing couldn’t have been worse. Her mother, Ann, unexpectedly passed away from a brain aneurysm at the age of 67.
By 2011 she had retreated from the spotlight completely, focusing on raising daughter Ruby.
Suzie was the host of Changing Rooms – a Network Ten home renovation series – from 1998 to 2005.
The series was rebooted by Ten in 2018, this time hosted by Natalie Bassingthwaighte.
I was absolutely obsessed with this show, but honestly, it was a total tragedy! They cancelled it after only four episodes! Just four! I was completely hooked and then… nothing. It was heartbreaking, seriously. I still can’t believe it didn’t get a chance.
