John Travolta has been publicly seen for the first time since being involved in a legal dispute with the Presley family. The dispute includes allegations that he is the father of Riley Keough’s son, making him Elvis Presley’s great-grandson.
The famous actor, age 71, recently flew out of Westchester County Airport in New York via private jet, shortly after 36-year-old Keough was spotted in public.
John Travolta’s new project arrives as the Presley family is involved in a contentious legal battle. This lawsuit recently included surprising, but unconfirmed, allegations about the father of Travolta’s son with his late wife, Kelly Preston.
New claims have surfaced in a revised lawsuit filed by Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, former business partners of Priscilla Presley. The lawsuit, which seeks $50 million for breach of contract, now includes these allegations.
A document filed on Tuesday, December 16th and obtained by the Daily Mail identifies Priscilla and her son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, as defendants. The filing contains a number of serious accusations, all reportedly based on statements made by other people.
Oh my gosh, you will NOT believe this! I’ve been digging and apparently, Dakota Johnson – yes, Elvis’s granddaughter! – supposedly helped John Travolta and Kelly Preston have their son, Ben. Like, she donated her eggs! If it’s true, that means Ben, who’s fifteen now, is actually Elvis’s great-grandson! Can you even imagine?! It’s blowing my mind!

There were claims that Riley’s mother, Lisa Marie Presley, had previously donated eggs to help Preston become pregnant.
The papers frequently mention Lisa Marie’s former husband, Michael Lockwood – and the father of her teenage daughters, Harper and Finley – as the person who supposedly made many of the statements in question.
The court documents claim that Lockwood, age 61, told Lisa Marie Presley’s former colleagues at Kruse that Kelly Preston couldn’t have children of her own, and that John Travolta and Preston had previously used eggs from Lisa Marie to conceive.
The complaint lacks medical evidence to back up its claims, and it’s unknown if Lisa Marie ever had a child through the eggs in question.
Lockwood told the Daily Mail he had no idea what they were talking about and denied any involvement in the claims against him.
‘That just sounds crazy,’ he said. ‘I have not heard anything about it.’
The updated lawsuit also states that in 2010, a year after their son Jett’s death, John Travolta and his wife contacted the Presleys again. They allegedly claimed Travolta was trying to repair his reputation following accusations of sexual misconduct by other men – accusations he has consistently denied.
The documents also claim Lockwood said Travolta ultimately chose not to use Lisa Marie’s eggs, supposedly because he didn’t want ‘eggs with heroin’ – a comment referencing her known struggles with opioid addiction.
According to the lawsuit, Keough supposedly acted as a surrogate, providing eggs that allowed Preston and Travolta to have their third child, Ben, in November 2010, when Preston was 48 years old.

John Travolta and Kelly Preston got married in 1991 and had three children together: Ella, who is now 25, Benjamin, and their oldest child, Jett.
Jett died at age 16 in 2009 after suffering a seizure during a family vacation in the Bahamas.
Earlier this year, John Travolta commemorated what would have been his son Jett’s 33rd birthday with a heartfelt message on Instagram, writing, ‘Happy birthday Jett – I miss you so much! Love you forever!’
Preston later died in July 2020, two years after being diagnosed with breast cancer.
But the amended complaint does not stop there.
From what I understand, the suit claims that as part of this arrangement, the individual involved received an older Jaguar and was paid somewhere between $10,000 and $20,000. It sounds like a pretty unusual form of compensation, honestly!
Keough married stuntman Ben Smith-Petersen in 2015 and they have two children. Their daughter, Tupelo, was born in 2022, and they welcomed another child via surrogate in 2025.
The updated complaint includes a handwritten note mentioning ‘CA fertility partners,’ ‘Ben Travolta,’ and the statement ‘Kelly Preston carried baby.’
The report also includes a message where someone supposedly calls Ben Travolta Priscilla Presley’s ‘handsome great-grandson’.
The documents suggest this supposed deal needed approval from the Church of Scientology and Priscilla Presley was responsible for monitoring it.

Kruse and Fialko also claim that Lockwood intended for the information to be used to reach a settlement benefiting him and his daughters.
According to the lawsuit, Garcia reportedly became very upset, demanding that the plaintiffs protect Riley and Travolta’s son from media attention and that he be the only male musician hired by the family, a role the legal documents call ‘the king’.
Garcia is also accused of allegedly demanding a multi-million-dollar settlement.
Okay, so I’ve been following this closely, and when I saw the reports, I just had to find out what the Presley camp was saying! Apparently, their lawyer – representing both Garcia and Priscilla herself – came out swinging! They basically destroyed the claims in a statement to the Daily Mail. It was a really strong response, honestly. I’m so glad someone is finally fighting back!
Having repeatedly lost legal challenges and failed to get Priscilla Presley’s lawyer, Marty Singer, removed from the case, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their associates have shown they will go to any lengths – even disregarding ethical boundaries – to continue harming Priscilla Presley and her family.
Kruse and her associates have improperly sued Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant in an attempt to pressure Presley into taking back her honest and accurate statements.
‘These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case.
The behavior of Kruse and Fialko, along with their repeated changes in legal representation – this is their fourth set of lawyers – is unacceptable and will be brought up during the court proceedings.

Representatives for Travolta and Keough have not yet responded to requests for comment.
Jordan Matthews, a lawyer with Holtz Matthews LLP representing Kruse and Fialko, released a statement supporting the revised complaint.
Matthews stated that Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko are deeply saddened by the need to submit their latest updated complaint.
These individuals have faced terrible accusations, but there’s absolutely no proof to support them. This is particularly upsetting considering all the effort they put into supporting the Presley family through a very challenging and fractured time.
Matthews stated that all disagreements within the family were worked out after Lisa Marie passed away, with all financial obligations fulfilled and everyone reaching a point of resolution.
According to the statement, this updated complaint aims to clarify the facts, set the record straight, and demonstrate that the work was completed honestly and with good intentions.
‘Ms Kruse and Mr Fialko remain confident that the truth will prevail.’
The claims about who Garcia’s biological parents are are part of a larger lawsuit brought by Kruse and Fialko. They accuse Garcia of breaking agreements and disrupting business deals that involve the use of Priscilla Presley’s name and image.
Shortly after Kruse and Fialko sued Priscilla Presley, alleging misconduct related to Lisa Marie’s passing, Garcia also faced a lawsuit.
Priscilla Presley has vehemently denied all allegations made by her former associates.
