Pip Edwards makes shock return to social media one week after announcing a break following her horror experience in Bondi terror attack

Pip Edwards is back on social media, a week after pausing her work with fashion brand Ksubi following the tragic events at Bondi Beach.

On Monday night, P.E. Nation founder, 45, posted a photo on Instagram Stories of her son, Justice Single, happily smiling at her while topless, as she was sitting in her car.

The 45-year-old captioned the image with a love heart emoji.

This news comes after Pip recently ended her relationship with Dylan Hales, as reported by The Daily Telegraph.

This is her first post in more than a week, appearing after the sad events of the Bondi attack on December 14th.

The founder of P.E. Nation stepped back from work to prioritize her health after experiencing distress related to the Hanukkah celebration incident, as reported by The Sunday Telegraph.

A shooting near Bondi Beach left at least 15 people dead and many more injured, causing widespread panic and fear.

Pip shared that she had to hide during the attack, which she described as the most frightening and upsetting day of her life.

People close to the fashion designer say she is still very upset and is focusing on getting better after what happened.

Pip has stepped down as creative director at Ksubi to take time and consider what’s most important to her after her time with the company.

She rejoined the famous company in September 2024, describing it as a satisfying return to where she began.

The designer worked at Ksubi many years ago and shares a teenage son, Justice, with the brand’s co-founder, Dan Single.

Pip was present during the tragic terror attack at Bondi Beach last Sunday, which sadly resulted in the deaths of 15 innocent people.

After a day at the beach, she and her friend found themselves in a terrifying situation: trapped beneath a van while two armed men were nearby during the attack.

The incident occurred at a popular Australian landmark while a large crowd was celebrating the first night of Hanukkah at a Chanukah by the Sea event.

The designer behind the P.E Nation brand shared details of a frightening 15-minute experience in a long post on Instagram.

It was just awful, seeing what happened. It felt like such a senseless and shockingly violent attack, happening right in the middle of a beautiful summer day at Bondi, with so many innocent people just trying to enjoy themselves. It was truly disturbing.

It was terrifying. My girlfriend Jess and I were actually leaving the beach, packing up to go home, when the shooting started. The gunmen opened fire just a few metres behind us – it happened so fast! We were incredibly lucky.

She described how the shooter opened fire just behind them as they walked past the bridge, on their way to a Jewish event happening on the grass at Bondi Beach.

We quickly dove for cover between two vans as bullets kept flying, landing just a couple of meters away.

The pair were forced to take cover under one van as the gunmen circled above them.

Pip, who lives in Rose Bay and often visits Bondi Beach, had posted carefree photos from the beach earlier that day, writing ‘Always fun with you’ as the caption. These were shared just hours before the incident.
