Tammy Hembrow denies her activewear label is in debt as the owner of the Saski Collection warehouse seizes the property and claims business owes $27.6k in unpaid rent

Tammy Hembrow claims she doesn’t owe over $27,600 in rent. This comes after her company, Saski Collection, received a notice that the property owner was trying to take back the space.

I was so sad to hear that Tammy, 31, is closing her business! It’s based right here on the Gold Coast, in Robina – it’s both where she runs everything from and where she stores all her products.

On December 1st, Davidson Property ended the lease and took back the property, stating that Tammy owed $27,618.47 in unpaid rent.

When contacted for a response, representatives for the fitness influencer stated that Tammy had paid all of her rent.

‘All these matters are in dispute. There is no rent outstanding,’ a spokesperson said.

That statement is completely false. Because this involves legal issues, we cannot provide any additional information at this time.

A photo of the notice, which was stuck to the window, was taken on December 5th and shared with Daily Mail on Friday.

Tammy’s business initially received a notice about a contract violation on November 13th.

The notice stated that she needed to pay $27,618.47 by 4:00 PM on Friday, November 28, 2025.

It said the business ‘failed to pay’ the arrears to the lessor ‘within the required time’.

The landlord is ending the lease agreement effective today, December 1st, and has regained control of the property, according to a notice.

If we end your lease and take back the property, we still have the right to recover any additional costs resulting from your tenancy. This includes rent owed until a new tenant starts paying, the cost of repairing any damage, our legal fees, locksmith charges, and fees paid to letting agents to find a new tenant.

It came just a day after Tammy announced she was shutting down her Saski Collection company.

The activewear brand she started in 2017 has shut down its website and is no longer accepting orders.

Tammy announced the surprising closure on the brand’s Instagram page on Thursday, and suggested she’s planning a new business soon.

In a video filmed from her car, she announced she had decided to close Saski after careful consideration.

This business has been a major part of my life for years, and I’ve learned so much from it – not just about business and growth, but also about overcoming challenges and understanding myself.

Okay, so things have changed, and honestly, it’s a little bittersweet. It feels like one part of my life is ending, but it has to happen to make room for amazing new things! I’m seriously buzzing with excitement about what’s coming next, and I really, really hope you all stick around to see it with me. I can’t imagine doing this without you guys!

In the caption, Tammy further alluded to something exciting in the works.

I’m incredibly proud of everything we’ve accomplished together. I realize that as things grow, it sometimes means making difficult changes. I’m really excited to share what’s coming next and can’t wait to reveal my plans. Keep an eye out for updates!

Speaking to Daily Telegraph, she thanked her fans and followers for making the brand a success.

She expressed immense pride in what the team accomplished over nearly a decade, and shared deep gratitude for all the support they received along the way.
