Nexon’s IO Division, the team behind the popular game Blue Archive, has just released a teaser trailer for their new 3D role-playing game, Project RX. Originally announced in October 2024, Project RX is currently being developed by RX Studio under the IO Division for both mobile and PC.
Get ready to step into a lively isekai world full of adorable Vtuber-like characters
Project RX is a unique game that really focuses on storytelling, allowing players to connect with characters similar to virtual YouTubers. I especially like the idea behind it – it’s all about everyday life, almost like being transported to another world where you live alongside these characters.

I’m really excited about this project. It’s being created with Unreal Engine 5, which means it will have stunning graphics. Leading the development is Producer Cha Min-seo and Art Director Yutoka Mizu, both of whom played important roles in the popular RPG, Blue Archive. I’m confident they’ll bring that same level of success to this new project.
Limited details for now but the combat looks stunning
Although we don’t have many details yet, the recent teaser for Project RX has left me with a positive first impression. I particularly like the character designs and the game’s overall look, which I expect will be even more polished when the game releases. The small, everyday moments shown – like characters reading, cooking, or relaxing under cherry blossom trees – are especially intriguing.
Honestly, the story completely caught me off guard when it suddenly jumped into action! I was really enjoying the more relaxed, everyday life feel at the beginning, so it was a surprise. But I’m totally loving it! The special effects are gorgeous, and the characters look amazing when they’re fighting. And the best part? The producer said we’ll be getting more info next year, which has me super hyped!
