Avatar 4 Gets Important Update, New Narrator Revealed

I’m hearing some interesting news about Avatar 4. One of the actors involved has revealed they’ve been aware of a major plot change for quite a while now, which definitely adds a layer of intrigue. It makes you wonder what’s been cooking behind the scenes and how this will impact the film!

Who is the narrator of Avatar 4?

Sigourney Weaver, who stars as Kiri in the upcoming Avatar films, will narrate the fourth movie. She shared this information during a recent conversation with Jake Hamilton.

Sigourney Weaver will be narrating the fourth Avatar movie. She explained that her character, Kiri, plays a significant role in the story.

Weaver joins Jake Sully and Lo’ak as a narrator for the Avatar films. Sam Worthington narrated the first two movies, and Britain Dalton narrated ‘Avatar: Fire and Ash’.

I remember hearing about this a few years after Avatar was released. Apparently, James Cameron decided he wanted to make several sequels, and that’s when I first found out!

Sigourney Weaver shared that James Cameron didn’t start working on the next Avatar movies until after the first film proved popular with audiences worldwide. She said he began writing around 2013 or 2014 because he had a large, overarching story he wanted to tell.

From what I understand, James Cameron may have tweaked a few things in the scripts for Avatar 4 and Avatar 5, but the core stories have stayed pretty much the same as what he originally came up with over ten years ago. It’s great to know the foundation of these films is still the vision he had from the start!

“It’s a big shift in [Avatar] 4 and 5,” Weaver added.

Sigourney Weaver first appeared in Avatar as Dr. Grace Augustine, the scientist leading the Avatar Program. She later becomes a mentor to Jake Sully and fights alongside him to protect the Na’vi people from the RDA. Sadly, her character dies near the end of the movie.

In Avatar: The Way of Water, Jack Champion stars as Kiri, the adopted teenage daughter of Jake and Neytiri (played by Zoe Saldaña). Kiri is biologically the daughter of Grace Augustine’s Na’vi avatar.

The latest Avatar movie, Fire and Ash, is playing in cinemas now. The next two Avatar films are planned for release in 2029 and 2031.
