Lane V Rogers, who went by the stage name Blake Mitchell, has died at the age of 31.
TMZ reports that a well-known OnlyFans content creator died in a severe motorcycle crash in Oxnard, California – a city located between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara – on Monday.
According to reports, a 31-year-old motorcyclist died after colliding with a box truck on a road around 4 pm. Family members, still grieving, confirmed the sudden loss.
The driver of the truck stopped to check on Rogers and stayed with him until paramedics arrive.
The star was pronounced dead on the scene.
Just a week before he passed away, he reflected on his life and said he wouldn’t change his career path. In a December 11th Instagram post, he wrote, ‘Honestly, I’d do it all over again… though I’d make a few changes, haha.’

Rogers often talked on social media about his rise in the adult entertainment world.
In an April 2023 interview on the Back To Your Story podcast, Rogers shared that they first began doing webcam shows in February 2014.
I hadn’t reached the point where I was confident and willing to have sex with anyone. It was a very vulnerable and authentic experience at the beginning.
Rogers’ first videos took off fast.
‘I was like, “OK, there’s something here,”‘ he said of becoming an adult entertainer.
I did cam shows for most of 2014. But like with webcamming now, and platforms like OnlyFans, income can be inconsistent unless you’re consistently working at it, he explained.
I started earning a good income around that time, bringing in thousands of dollars each month. We even made $10,000 in a single month when I was just 18 years old.
After he split from his boyfriend he changed his career.
I got a message from a gay porn studio I was working with, which felt surprisingly good. It made me realize I had a real decision to make about my life. My boyfriend was going to college, and I was thinking I could finally get my GED and maybe go to college too, and potentially stop doing webcam work without anyone knowing.

He described the beginning as difficult. He said his first experience with pornography was a disaster, calling it a ‘nightmare’.
What struck me as really strange was realizing that everything depended on how things seemed to others, not necessarily what actually happened. My very first scene took two full days – twelve hours each day – to film because I was incredibly nervous and couldn’t perform.
Next he looked to make more money with his OnlyFans account.
He explained that he suddenly felt a strong urge to work incredibly hard, experience new things, and achieve as much as he could, which led him to start an OnlyFans account.

Things were going great, so I decided to move to Los Angeles. Being closer to other artists and having more opportunities allowed me to start gaining recognition and winning awards.
He also said he was very ambitious.
Rogers explained that he wrote the question, ‘What kind of man do you want to be remembered as’ in capital letters and taped it to his refrigerator as a reminder.
Ultimately, I try to live by asking how my choices will be remembered. Because when it’s all said and done, your legacy is the only thing that lasts – you can’t take anything else with you.
Ultimately, all that remains after we’re gone is how people remember us – our legacy. That’s the driving force behind everything I do.
