Love Island USA star Iris Kendall unveils massive twist after revealing she almost joined cast of The Valley

Love Island USA star Iris Kendall has a few things she’d like to clear up. 

The reality TV star, who appeared on season seven of a popular dating show, recently shared that she chose Love Island over an opportunity to be on Bravo’s The Valley.

It turns out Kendall misspoke and now wants to clarify what really happened.

Kendall Jenner recently told The Daily Mail that she accidentally thought “The Valley” was a show she was considering appearing on. She realized her mistake while discussing it at the Vanderpump Dog Gala in Beverly Hills last Thursday.

“I didn’t do well in that interview,” she admitted. “But I’m going to try and fix things.” She explained that a potential TV show about Calabasas fell through – she hadn’t pursued it further and was only in early discussions about it.

‘But I thought it was called The Valley, so I said that it was The Valley, but it’s not The Valley!

‘I sincerely apologize to everybody that was confused by that! I brain fart all the time!’ 

Kendall recently shared with E! News that she chose to be on Love Island instead of accepting a role on The Valley.

‘They asked me to be on that show,’ she said. 

When asked if she turned down an opportunity, she explained that she was already committed to appearing on Love Island. She described herself as someone who actively seeks romance and expressed a desire to leave her current, unfulfilling situation to find it.

As a lifestyle observer, I’ve been following Kendall’s journey, and I’m happy to share she’s found love! She’s officially dating TJ Palma, another contestant from Love Island USA, and they even made a public appearance together at the Vanderpump Dog Gala – how cute is that?

Kendall and her partner split up during season seven of Love Island, and she finished in fourth place with Pepe Garcia.

After Kendall and Garcia parted ways, she soon found herself back in a relationship with Palma.

I was so interested to read the interview with them in The Daily Mail! They really opened up about what it’s like to build a relationship outside of the Love Island villa – it’s clearly a big adjustment, and they shared how they’re navigating it all.

While their romance is going well, they are also learning how to be a couple in the public eye. 

Palma acknowledged the challenges of being in the public eye, but shared that things have been progressing very smoothly. ‘We’re just taking it one day at a time,’ she said.

Kendall said they’ve been embracing keeping parts of their relationship just for themselves. 

We’re finding a good mix between having our private life and sharing with fans,” Kendall explained. “We’re still figuring things out and trying our best, but most importantly, we’re enjoying our relationship.

Season three of The Valley, meanwhile, will be kicking off with a few new – yet familiar – faces.

Currently starring Brittany Cartwright, Kristen Doute, Luke Broderick, Danny and Nia Booko, Jesse Lally, Michelle Saniei, Jason and Janet Caperna, Jasmine Goode, and Zack Wickham, this show is a spin-off of Vanderpump Rules.

And now Vanderpump Rules alums Lala Kent and Tom Schwartz will be joining the season three cast. 

Oh my god, you guys, I was at BravoCon and it was EVERYTHING! They announced the new cast members, and honestly, I almost lost it. Jax said something SO good – he came onto Vanderpump Rules in season four and everything was already perfect, but he was the one who made it run smoothly. Like, he is the well-oiled machine, and I’ve known it all along! It just makes so much sense, and I’m so excited for what he’s going to bring to the show!

She added, ‘I had a wonderful time, I will say. But it was just, it was different.’
