Lost Voice Guy, the winner of Britain’s Got Talent, was taken to the hospital after a bad fall caused a head injury.
The comedian, who won a TV variety show in 2018, went to the emergency room over the weekend. He told his Instagram followers on Monday that he was feeling down after a bad fall.
The comedian, 44-year-old Lee Ridley, posted a photo on social media showing him in the hospital with a large bandage on his head. He explained that he had to cancel two upcoming shows because of the injury and apologized to his fans.
Lost Voice Guy, a performer with cerebral palsy who communicates using his iPad, jokingly captioned a photo with: ‘Lost Balance Guy strikes again!’
Just a friendly reminder that even when things are going well, living with a disability can still be really tough sometimes.

I had a fall over the weekend and hurt my head, which left me feeling embarrassed and unproductive. This isn’t a plea for sympathy, though. I just want to acknowledge that it’s okay to feel that way sometimes, and people with disabilities already understand this feeling well.
Lee, who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and then suffered a brain infection as a baby, hasn’t shared details about his injuries or his expected recovery time.
However, he vowed to ‘carry on’ and praised the disabled community as a whole.
The comedian, who spent two months in a coma after a brain infection left him unable to move or speak, went on to say, ‘People with disabilities are remarkably strong.’
It’s not about being a hero, it’s about perseverance. We all fall, but the key is to get back up, regroup, and keep moving forward – however that looks for each of us.

Lost Voice Guy thanked the team at the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle for helping him recover, and apologized to his fans for having to cancel his shows in Newcastle and Mexborough.
The beloved comedian finished their post by expressing sincere gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Royal Victoria Infirmary for helping them recover.
I apologize to everyone in Newcastle and Mexborough for having to cancel the shows. I promise to reschedule and make it up to you all.
