Gogglebox star Helena Worthington reveals she’s pregnant with her second child

Gogglebox star Helena Worthington has revealed she is pregnant with her second child. 

The 31-year-old TV personality and her partner, Dan, welcomed their son, Erwin, in 2019. Both are artists by profession.

Helena announced on Instagram on Sunday that she’s pregnant with another baby, sharing a photo of herself gardening with her six-year-old son, Erwin.

Helena showed off her baby bump while wearing a burgundy floral dress. She completed the look with a knitted cardigan, a black quilted jacket, and a knit hood.

She described feeling pregnant, exhausted, and suffering from terrible heartburn. She added that she was still having to bend down to patiently explain why they shouldn’t dig up all the flower bulbs.

I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and visiting RHS Bridgwater with my baby, while also looking forward to the arrival of my next child. We used to bring our little one, Erwin, here frequently when he was a baby.

She added: ‘These in-between moments feel really precious lately — messy, slow, and very real. 

‘I’m excited but I feel weird that Erwin will seem so big all of a sudden.’

Helena stars on Channel 4’s Gogglebox alongside her mother Alison and father George.  

Last year, Helena told WalesOnline how much she appreciated her partner, Dan, describing him as a talented artist who has always been incredibly supportive.

Helena works as an artist at Islington Mill studios, where she focuses on sculpting and painting. 

She also reminisced about her early days as an artist, sharing a childhood memory: ‘I used to draw all over the walls and even in my mother’s cookbooks, and then I’d always blame my brother!’

‘So I guess that was the start of things.’

Helena, a cast member on Gogglebox, surprisingly admitted two years ago that she doesn’t actually own a television – even though she’d been on the show for six years.

She told OK! the surprising update during an interview at the TRIC Awards in 2023.

Helena, who stars on Gogglebox with her parents Alison and George, revealed she rarely watches television when she’s not filming the show.

I don’t own a TV and rarely watch at home. Instead, I go to my mum’s house to watch television – and Gogglebox is how I keep up with what’s happening.

‘It’s a pretty good gig because you get to sit down and eat food and watch telly.’

Alison, her daughter’s mom, shared how much she enjoys the weekly family tradition of watching TV together, calling it a ‘lovely’ way to reconnect.

Helena has to visit her parents, and there’s no way around it, according to her loving mother.
