Pip Edwards looks solemn as she is seen for the first time after being caught up in Bondi Beach terror attack

Pip Edwards was spotted publicly on Tuesday for the first time since the frightening Bondi Beach attack on Sunday.

The 45-year-old fashion icon described a terrifying experience of being trapped by two armed men during the shocking attack.

After everything she went through, Pip was seen in Rose Bay, Sydney, spending time with her son, Justice. He’s 19 and came back to Australia from the US, where he’s a college student.

Pip cut quite the solemn figure as she and Justice stepped out for an acai bowl from a local café.

She dressed casually for the outing, wearing a loose-fitting black jumper over a white T-shirt.

Pip completed her outfit with light blue jeans and black and white Puma Speedcat sneakers.

Justice was dressed casually in a simple white T-shirt and grey athletic shorts labeled ‘Aggies,’ the name of the sports teams at UC Davis.

He also wore a bright pink beanie and a pair of similarly coloured Crocs.

After everything Pip had been through, both he and his mother were clearly happy to be reunited.

Pip and Justice got their snacks and headed to the beach, where they met up with some of Justice’s friends.

Pip was still upset after her frightening experience, and pictures showed Justice comforting her on the beach.

Justice hugged his mother tightly as his friends looked on, offering her comfort and support.

Pip and Justice were happily reunited on Tuesday when Justice’s son came home from college in California.

I was so excited to see the photo she posted! It showed her riding in the car with Justice driving, and another one of our family members happily in the back. It was just a sweet, everyday moment, but it meant a lot to see them all together.

The relief was palpable in the simple words she chose to caption the photo.

‘My boy is home,’ she wrote, augmenting the sentiment with a love heart emoji.

This happened after Pip was involved in the tragic terror attack at Bondi Beach on Sunday, which sadly resulted in 16 deaths.

It was terrifying. After a wonderful day at the beach, my friend Pip and I found ourselves trapped – pinned under an overturned van while two gunmen were right there. We were completely stuck and it was a truly frightening experience.

On Sunday afternoon, a shocking attack occurred at one of Australia’s most famous landmarks. It happened while hundreds of people were celebrating the start of Hanukkah at a Chanukah by the Sea event.

Naveed Akram, 24, and his father, Sajid Akram, 50, are accused of opening fire on people – including residents, tourists, and families – from a footbridge using powerful military-style weapons.

The designer behind the P.E Nation brand shared details of a frightening 15-minute experience in a long post on Instagram on Monday.

She called the attack a senseless and extremely violent act that happened while people were peacefully enjoying a beautiful summer day at Bondi Beach.

Pip explained that she and her girlfriend, Jess, were walking away from the beach to go home when the shooting started. The gunmen opened fire just a few meters behind them.

She described how the shooter opened fire just after she and her girlfriend walked past the bridge where the attackers were positioned, while they were on their way to the Jewish event happening on the Bondi lawn.

We quickly dove for cover between two vans as bullets kept flying, landing just a couple of meters away.

The pair were forced to take cover under one van as the gunmen circled above them.

Edwards described how they quickly hid under a van and were forced to watch the gunman’s feet walk back and forth directly in front of them, using the van for cover as he patrolled.

‘His feet were in front of the van and another gunman’s feet were behind, circling the van.’

She explained that the frightening experience lasted about 15 minutes, and they were so scared they could barely breathe.

She described how they kept rolling back and forth under the van, sheltering behind the wheels as the gunmen walked around above them, trying desperately to stay hidden.

We hid for fifteen terrifying minutes, frozen with fear and barely able to breathe, desperate not to make a sound.

According to Pip, bullets were hitting cars all around them, even the van they were sheltering under, as the gunmen fired at anything and anyone in sight.

I remember her saying she was absolutely terrified, completely stuck, and honestly believed we were done for. All she could do was watch their feet, just trying to gauge what was going to happen next. It was a truly awful moment.

Pip shared her deep love for her family, saying she loves her son more than she can express and cherishes her family and friends. She emphasized that love is the most important thing in life.
