Doraemon Comic Traveler is a fresh RPG that combines the challenge of roguelike games with the storytelling of text-based adventures. The game takes place on Cosmic Planet, a world inspired by manga, and puts you in the role of Puka as you explore new lands and even get to become characters from the Doraemon’s Long Tale series.

One of the best parts is being able to choose levels inspired by classic Doraemon films like The Records of Nobita, Spaceblazer, and Nobita and the Birth of Japan. You get to play alongside Doraemon and his friends – Nobita, Shizuka, Gian, and Suneo – and use Doraemon’s amazing gadgets to complete each level.

This game is full of nostalgic charm and puts you in control of the story with branching paths. You’ll develop your characters, conquer dynamic levels, and participate in special events, all while battling through turn-based, automated combat.

I, like many others, spent my childhood watching shows like Doraemon, Crayon Shin Chan, and Kiteratsu. That’s why I’m really fascinated and excited to see a new story where characters from those comics get reimagined as characters we know, like Robble and Chammy from Noby the Spaceblazer.
