Kristen Stewart recently opened up about her marriage to Dylan Meyer, which happened in April 2023 after six years of dating. The ceremony took place at Casita Del Campo in Los Angeles.
After getting married, the 35-year-old Oscar nominee and his 38-year-old husband – whose father is a well-known screenwriter – realized that there’s strength in working together as a couple.
“Having a family is wonderful,” Stewart shared with Esquire on December 9th. “It’s comforting to not feel like you’re drifting through life alone.”
Meeting Dylan made me realize how crucial it is to choose your friends carefully. He doesn’t put up with people who aren’t smart or considerate. I don’t always show it, but I genuinely try to be a good person.
The Sacramento-based actress explained that it feels empowering to be with someone who reminds you that you control your own destiny.
What brings Stewart the most joy? Surprisingly, it’s simply reading aloud with her wife, Meyer, and their pets – two cats and a dog – in the comfort of their Los Feliz home, which is valued at $2.195 million.

The young woman, who was homeschooled, rattled off a list of books she loved: ‘East of Eden, Wuthering Heights, Jane Eyre, and The Heart Is a Lonely Hunter.’
‘To share them outside of yourself is salve.’
However, Stewart mentioned she still really values having some quiet time – usually an hour or two – before the blonde producer she works with wakes up.
The former child star explained that they’re often surrounded by others, which is typical for an Aries. Despite being a social person, they make a conscious effort to find moments of solitude and recharge.
The new couple is said to have first connected in 2013 while working on the film American Ultra, an action-comedy directed by Nima Nourizadeh.
Stewart, Meyer, and Maggie Mclean launched their production company, Nevermind Pictures, in 2023.
The actress, who is attracted to both men and women, has been linked to a number of partners in the past, including Sara Dinkin, Stella Maxwell, St. Vincent, Soko, Nicholas Hoult, Alicia Cargile, Lane Garrison, Robert Pattinson, Michael Angarano, and the late Anton Yelchin.
Imogen Poots stars in “Chronology of Water,” the first feature film directed by Stewart, which will be released in US cinemas on January 9th.
The movie, based on Lidia Yuknavitch’s 2011 memoir, runs for 128 minutes and stars the Chanel brand ambassador alongside Thora Birch, Jim Belushi, and Tom Sturridge.
Currently, 91% of critics recommend the film ‘Chronology of Water’ on Rotten Tomatoes, earning it a ‘certified fresh’ rating based on 46 reviews.

Kristen Stewart will play a character named Frankie, a marijuana user, in Meyer’s first feature film as a director, “The Wrong Girls.” The film, a dramatic thriller about a case of mistaken identity, will be distributed by Neon.
She worked on the script for the comedy for thirteen years, perfecting it. The film also stars Alia Shawkat, Seth Rogen, Kumail Nanjiani, LaKeith Stanfield, and Tony Hale.
Last Friday, Twilight star Bojana Novakovic told Collider that the upcoming limited series, The Challenger, from Amazon MGM, has been officially approved. She also expressed feeling nervous but excited about playing the role of astronaut Sally Ride in the show.
Stewart is also set to appear in two more films: the vampire movie Flesh of the Gods directed by Panos Cosmatos, and Full Phil, a dark comedy from Quentin Dupieux for Studiocanal.
