Vogue Williams has shared details about the cosmetic procedures she’s had since leaving ‘I’m A Celebrity,’ playfully suggesting the harsh jungle conditions made her skin look and feel very bad.
The 40-year-old podcaster and presenter shared her first YouTube vlog on Sunday, just a week after finishing filming her show in Australia and returning home.
Vogue, a mother of three, was the third celebrity voted off the show, having joined the jungle a bit later with Tom Read Wilson. AngryGinge ultimately won the competition.
In her latest video, she explained she was at Debbie Thomas’ salon to get a few procedures done. She’d applied numbing cream beforehand, as she wasn’t sure exactly what would be involved but was hoping for noticeable results.
While the beautician applied creams and lotions, the customer explained that she’d recently experienced a skin breakout after being given lotion and soap during a trip to the jungle. They were hoping the treatment would help clear it up.
The aesthetician seemed to be treating her skin with an LED light laser while Vogue shielded her eyes with goggles.

Vogue described getting a facial, saying they’d had a peel and were now doing a hydrofacial to deeply cleanse her skin. She said the experience felt wonderful, like a treat.
You know, just leaving the studio, I was thinking about how often people ask me about my skincare routine. I’m a little flushed right now, but honestly, we really packed everything in today! It was a full day of treatments and I’m feeling great about it.
My skin really suffered while I was in the jungle because I couldn’t access my usual skincare routine – it’s a bit of a luxury problem, I know! Since getting back, I’ve been getting professional treatments like extractions and laser therapy to help clear up the breakouts. I also had some unwanted hair removed.
That’s my Christmas outfit sorted – now I just need to get my hair done for the holidays! I’m starting to see a lot of grey hairs, which is making me feel old!
The rest of the video showed her getting back to her normal routine in London and enjoying time with her kids – Gigi, Otto, and Theodore.
Vogue recently shared that she lost eight pounds in just thirteen days while filming in the Australian rainforest.
On her Global podcast, Vogue and Amber, she revealed she’d lost 3.6 kilograms, and mentioned people were particularly curious about her weight loss.
Her sister and co-host, Amber Williams, then asked how much that weighed in stone. She responded, ‘Almost eight pounds – that’s quite a bit!’

I was a little worried to hear that Vogue has put on a couple of pounds since leaving camp. It’s totally understandable though – going back to a normal diet after being restricted must have been a shock to her system! It’s good to remember that everyone’s body adjusts differently.
She said: ‘Well, I’ve already put on two. That shows you that crash diets don’t work!’
While on the show, viewers often saw Vogue exercising every day to stay in great shape.
Vogue told her fellow contestants that she planned to keep exercising to help with digestion, explaining that it would prevent the rice and beans from causing constipation.
While doing squats, rows, and lunges, she explained that she wanted to fit in some exercise during her trip. She believes it’s good for boosting her metabolism, which will help her body process the rice and beans she’s eating and prevent any digestive issues.
Vogue and her husband, Spencer Matthews, were happily reunited at Heathrow Airport in the UK on Tuesday.
She then took to social media to share how she surprised her children at home.
Lisa Riley, who also appeared on the show with Vogue, recently shared with the Daily Mail that she lost an impressive 20 pounds while filming.
Emmerdale actress, 49, was eliminated from the show, becoming the eighth celebrity to leave the jungle. She and Jack Osbourne were both voted off in a double elimination just two days before the finale.
She explained that while cutting back on rice and beans helped her lose weight, it was really eating smaller meals and having a busy life that made the biggest difference.
She clarified that the key to healthy eating isn’t what you eat, but how much. People often assume it means a simple diet like beans and rice, and while that can be part of it, it’s really about managing your portion sizes.
It’s hard to explain what it’s really like inside. People just don’t understand the daily life, or even where everything is within the camp. What strikes you most is how much you can do and how constantly busy everyone is. It’s a really active place, and that’s something you don’t get from the outside.
Reaching the Telegraph requires a lot of consistent effort, one step at a time. And when you’re facing a difficult task, it’s constant work – it doesn’t stop. It’s not about relaxing and having fun; it demands continuous progress.
‘The activeness… by the time you’ve consumed the beans at night, you’ve probably burned it off.’

Lisa clarified that she wasn’t actually starving, and added, ‘I’ve never been to Ethiopia, and I wasn’t starving.’
It was tough sometimes, and I definitely got hungry. But just when I was really needing food, the supplies would arrive and we could start cooking.
As a vegetarian, I always got extra rice with my meals. Honestly, I’m tired of seeing it on my plate – I think I’m done with rice for a while!
