Robert Irwin strips down and goes for an ocean swim in his underwear after bravely rolling down an Australian sand dune

Robert Irwin has sent the internet into a tailspin yet again.

The conservationist, known for a steamy underwear ad earlier this year, posted a video on Instagram over the weekend showing him exploring the Australian countryside.

In the clip, the 22-year-old could be seen hiking up a sand dune and rolling down it.

You know, I was just admiring these beautiful sand dunes when it hit me – someone really needs to get moving! Before I could even finish the thought, I took off running up the hill. It was a spontaneous moment, but sometimes you just have to embrace the urge to move and enjoy the landscape!

With a huge grin, the young conservationist cheerfully embraced the Australian wilderness as he tumbled down the hill, energized by the music of Rusted Root’s “Send Me On My Way.”

He later leaned out the car window as he drove through the beautiful, desert landscape towards the beach.

Robert decided to go swimming in the ocean, first taking off his clothes to show off his muscular body.

He stepped out of the water after a quick swim and, wrapping a towel around his waist, said, ‘This is amazing!’

He then gestured to the ocean, saying: ‘Thank you.’

He shared a carefree message with a photo, saying, ‘If you have the opportunity to run down a sand dune and straight into the ocean, don’t hesitate – just do it!’

‘I love where I live,’ he added, showing some love to his home country.

The photos sparked a huge reaction online back in June. They showed Robert posing shirtless in Bonds underwear, displaying his muscular physique while affectionately interacting with Australian animals like koalas and snakes.

He recently told Us Weekly that the photoshoot wasn’t about trying to look good, but rather a reflection of his deep commitment to protecting wildlife – that’s what truly motivates him.

He explained that he’d hoped appearing in things like underwear ads or ‘Dancing with the Stars’ would help him reach a wider audience and share his message about conservation.

I’ve been following this celebrity’s career closely, and it’s clear he’s really committed to reinventing his image! He just announced he’s joining the US version of ‘Dancing With The Stars,’ and honestly, the promotional photos are fantastic – he’s looking incredibly fit and even posed with a snake! It’s a bold move, and I think it’s going to be a really interesting chapter for him.

‘That’s how I feel comfortable. That’s who I am,’ he said.

I’m truly dedicated to this mission and feel a strong sense of purpose and excitement. Being able to accomplish it means a lot to me.

I’m incredibly grateful to be able to connect with a much wider audience now. I’m hoping to share some positivity and remind people to embrace life to the fullest.
