Luisa Zissman took a week-long vacation in the Maldives while her family was in the process of moving to Dubai. She decided to leave the UK because she was unhappy with the weather and increasing crime rates.
The 38-year-old star of The Apprentice shared on Instagram this weekend that while she’s moved, she doesn’t plan to sell her family’s £7.5 million home in Hertfordshire, playfully calling it ‘Champneys 2’ after the famous spa.
Luisa unwound in the sun while revealing the details of her family’s move to Dubai, which includes her five horses and two caregivers.
Luisa announced she’s moving with two of her three children to be with her husband, Andrew Collins, an Irish millionaire who has already moved from the UK.
Her oldest daughter, 15-year-old Dixie, who she shares with her ex-husband Oliver Zissman, will stay in the UK to complete her schooling at boarding school.
Luisa recently shared that their move to Dubai has been incredibly hectic. Between finding schools for the kids, relocating five horses (which was the most challenging part!), packing and shipping everything, and arranging visas for their two nannies who are joining them, it’s been a whirlwind!

I’m so thrilled to share that I’m taking a little time to unwind in the Maldives before a big move! We’re heading to Dubai to start a new chapter, and honestly, I couldn’t be more excited about this next adventure. It’s the perfect way to recharge before embracing everything Dubai has to offer.
Just a quick update on a couple of things I’ve been asked: My podcast with Anna Williamson, LuAnna, will continue as usual. And my mum isn’t moving in with us, but she’s booked several flights to come and visit!
We’ve decided to stay at Champneys 2 permanently – it’s no longer just for the winter and will be our long-term home. We’re saying goodbye to England for now.
Luisa’s home is a large estate with ten bedrooms and almost three acres of land. She hires a team of fifteen people – including gardeners, housekeepers, nannies, and a manager – to maintain the property and care for her family.
In March, a star from The Apprentice had a heated argument with a YouTuber who attempted to fly a drone over her property.
A mother of three challenged content creator ‘H Audit’ after he visited her large home, which he’d discovered online and admired for its appearance.
The argument quickly spread online after Luisa said she would destroy his drone, and both of them then accused each other of assault to the police.
She publicly identified the YouTuber on Instagram and then offered £500 to anyone who could provide his address, claiming it would be more cost-effective than hiring lawyers to obtain the information.

Luisa revealed to her 688,000 followers that she had recently visited Harry Styles’ home, and warned someone – seemingly referring to a rival – would continue to stir up trouble.
Police cautioned Youtuber Harry Holton after an incident where he confronted property owners and security guards. This follows a growing trend called ‘auditing,’ where creators deliberately provoke people on private property to generate attention-grabbing, and often contentious, videos.
Luisa announced on Friday that her five horses arrived safely in Dubai. She spent around £25,000 to transport them by air.
Luisa announced on social media last week that she’s moving to Dubai with five of her horses. She called it a ‘big relocation’ for everyone involved.
Luisa announced on Friday that her horses – Cherry, Champ, Clemmie, Oreo, and Jupi – arrived safely after their journey with Fly Equitrans on Emirates Airlines.
It is estimated that Luisa would have paid around £25,000 to fly all of our horses to her new home.

People who’ve shipped horses from the UK to Dubai have reported on online forums that the cost is about £5,000 per horse.
I’ve been following equine transport for a while now, and it’s amazing – and sometimes shocking – how much it can cost to fly a horse! It really depends on the airline, the route, and how they travel – a private stall is obviously more expensive. But honestly, for just one horse, it can easily reach £25,000!
Before her flight, Luisa posted a video showing her horses being led into metal stalls. The stalls were then closed and transported by vehicle to the plane for loading.
‘Bon voyage my babies have a safe flight – see you in the sunshine. I love you,’ she wrote.
