Singer Tones and I has purchased a large property in Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula for $6.4 million, continuing her pattern of investing in the area’s upscale real estate.
Singer Toni Watson, known as 25-year-old artist, recently purchased three connected properties in a single transaction on the popular holiday coast, according to realestate.com.au.
The singer behind the hit ‘Dance Monkey’ has bought two properties in the area in recent years, spending a total of $12 million.
The popular musician recently bought a property in Tyabb, a town 53 kilometers from Melbourne, that includes three separate houses.
Michelle Skoglund, the sales agent from Aqua Real Estate involved in the deal, declined to comment when contacted about the purchase, according to the report.
The performer recently purchased a large property for $2.9 million. The home is designed to look like a cozy, traditional English cottage.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m loving the attention to detail in this space! It really shines with those beautiful design accents and the warm, natural wood finishes you see throughout. And a dedicated formal dining room? That’s a fantastic touch for entertaining and creating special memories.
There’s also a large garden area, which includes a pool house and a pool with a water slide.
Other features include a home theatre, billiard room, private study and separate lounge space.
Tones and I also purchased a second, contemporary four-bedroom house as part of the same property purchase, costing her $1.4 million.
It features a covered alfresco terrace and adjoining deck, and a spacious open layout.
The popular artist’s property collection is now complete with a third spacious home, a four-bedroom house valued at $2.1 million.
The property includes a beautiful classic fountain, plus amenities like a gym and a recreation room. It also has a spacious covered porch and its own orchard.
Other highlights include a wet bar, an entertainment pavilion and a billiards room.

The purchase adds to the singer’s already vast real estate portfolio worth a reported $24million.
Okay, so you will NOT believe this! In 2021, Tones and I – my absolute idol – dropped a whopping $7.08 million on this incredible mansion in Mount Eliza. It’s on the Mornington Peninsula, which is just… perfect. I’ve been stalking Zillow ever since, obviously.
This luxurious home features a basement lounge, a pool and spa, and a stunning marble kitchen with a premium $150,000 oven.
Oh my gosh, you will NOT believe this place! It’s absolutely massive – a full five bedrooms and five bathrooms! And it’s not just the size, it’s spread over two whole levels! But wait, there’s more! They have a TENNIS COURT, can you imagine?! And a sunken fire pit with a BAR! Seriously, a bar! It’s literally everything I’ve ever dreamed of.
Let me tell you, the basement in my home is a real showstopper! We’ve got these amazing light fixtures that actually change color, setting the perfect mood. And for wine lovers? Forget about it! We built a 3000-bottle wine cellar, complete with a cozy lounge to enjoy it all. The coolest part? You can actually see the pool underwater from certain spots down there – it’s like having an aquarium built into the house!
It also boasts coastal views extending out to the city skyline.
Let me tell you, real estate can be a smart move! Back in 2020, I invested $5.1 million in a beautiful property in Mount Eliza. A year later, I sold it for a nice profit of $6 million. It just goes to show, sometimes a quick flip can really pay off!
In 2020, the singer spent $3.3 million on two properties in Byron Bay, which are located just a short distance – about 800 meters – from Belongil Beach.
The singer purchased both properties using her company, named after her first hit song, ‘Johnny Run Away’.
In late 2019, singer Tones and I purchased a home in Frankston, a suburb in southeast Melbourne, for $720,000, adding to her real estate holdings.
