Oh my gosh, you guys, Millie Mackintosh looked absolutely incredible! I saw pictures of her rocking this amazing turquoise bikini and then… she jumped into an ice bath! Can you believe it? She seemed totally unfazed, and she was even chatting with a friend while she did it. Seriously, she’s a goddess!
The 36-year-old, known for appearing on Made In Chelsea, flaunted her toned stomach in a matching two-piece outfit, finishing the look with a green bucket hat.
She shared a photo on her Instagram story, showing herself relaxing with her arm on a wooden barrel after receiving the treatment.
Millie shared a beautiful photo and wrote that she really enjoyed visiting @banya.in.belgravia! She experienced a sauna, traditional banya, ice bath, and scrub with @laurasandhu.
I highly recommend booking this with a friend! It was a great way to reconnect, and we both felt relaxed and refreshed afterward.

This news follows a recent report that she ended her professional relationship with a longtime manager who is also a close friend and godmother to her children.
The news that Millie is ending both her working and personal relationship with Donna Rooney has surprised their friends, who always believed they had a very strong connection.
Sources say the actress was eager to move past her reality TV background, believing it was limiting her career and making it harder to get serious acting roles.
Donna, a close friend of over ten years and a beloved figure to Millie’s daughters – she’s even their godmother – is understandably very upset about the split.
Reports suggest Millie has unfollowed Donna on Instagram, and those close to them believe their friendship is over after a serious disagreement, which Donna’s representative reportedly described as a betrayal.
Millie is now represented by YMU, a top agency that also works with well-known personalities like Ant and Dec, Simon Cowell, Davina McCall, and Claudia Winkleman. They announced her signing as a new client earlier this month.
She’s hoping this career change will lead to TV work, strengthen her public image, and help people see her as more than just a reality TV personality.
According to a source, Millie is frustrated with constantly being referred to as a former cast member of ‘Made In Chelsea.’ No matter what new projects she tries, that label keeps sticking with her, and she’s ready to move past it.

The show launched her career, but she hasn’t been on it for more than ten years, and now it feels like a distant past.
To truly move on, she made the hard choice to end her relationship with Donna.
Donna and Millie have been close friends for more than ten years. Donna is a godmother to Millie’s children, and they’ve shared many holidays and created a lifetime of memories together.
‘Donna treats Millie’s children as if they were her own and would spoil them whenever she could.
Millie prioritized her career, and saw the change as a positive step, but Donna was deeply hurt by what she perceived as a betrayal. Donna believed they had a strong working relationship and expected more loyalty.
The Daily Mail contacted Millie’s representative and Donna for comment.
Oh my gosh, you guys, she finally addressed everything on Instagram! It’s like she knew we were all wondering what was going on. She has the cutest little girls, Sienna and Aurelia, and she and Hugo are just the sweetest couple. She called it starting a ‘new season of life’ and promised to tell us the ‘truth,’ and honestly, I’m living for it! I’ve been following her for ages and I just need to know everything!
Millie posted several videos from her vacation, showing herself running, with her kids, and getting pampered. Alongside these, she reflected on how she’s evolved as a friend – from being slow to respond to texts to confidently declining invitations.

She felt their friendship had gradually diminished over time. It started as a perfect 10/10, then dropped to a 9/10 after she became a mother. It decreased further to an 8/10 when she wasn’t always quick to respond to messages, and finally to a 7/10 when she stopped seeking others’ approval.
My stress levels dropped to a 6 out of 10 when I began declining social invitations. They improved further to a 5 when I stopped drinking alcohol, and reached a 4 when I realized I didn’t have the energy to participate in group conversations.
I felt a glimmer of hope when I began to prioritize my own needs, but that quickly faded as I realized I had very little emotional energy left. It finally hit me that we had grown apart when I understood we were no longer the same people.
She explained that while she once felt like a perfect ’10,’ that was in the past. She’s now embracing a new phase of her life and redefining what that perfection means to her now.
The reality star shared a message with a photo, reminding everyone that they are always perfect just as they are, and it’s natural to change and grow as life goes on. It’s okay to leave old versions of yourself behind.
