“Compelling” returning adventure series lands perfect Rotten Tomatoes rating

I’m so excited! The new season of Percy Jackson and the Olympians is off to an amazing start! Disney+ dropped the first two episodes this week, and everyone’s loving it – it’s got a perfect score on Rotten Tomatoes! It seems like they’ve really nailed this adaptation.

This series, inspired by Rick Riordan’s books, centers on Percy (Walker Scobell), a demigod trying to navigate a normal life alongside his extraordinary powers. The current season is based on the 2006 novel, The Sea of Monsters.

As of today, the second season has a perfect 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, based on 22 reviews. Variety magazine praised it as being just as captivating as the first season.
