Amy Schumer showed off her slimmed down physique amid her dramatic weight loss journey.

The comedian shared photos on Instagram Thursday showing off her post-facial glow and a stylish denim-on-denim outfit.

She’s the newest celebrity facing rumors of trouble in her marriage, after being spotted without her wedding ring several times in public.

In a recent social media post showing her New York City outing, she was seen without her wedding ring and displaying her weight loss.

In the pictures she posted, she was wearing a warm, denim-look puffer jacket with a fluffy, fur-trimmed collar.

She finished her outfit with matching light-wash jeans and brown cowboy boots, creating a Western-inspired look.

I was so excited to see the comedian’s latest post! She shared a picture of herself with two amazing women – Georgia Louise, who owns a fantastic beauty spa, and the incredibly successful businesswoman, Laura Znaty. It was a lovely photo and a great shout-out to these inspiring figures.

Amy Schumer hinted at trouble in her seven-year marriage to Chris Fischer with a recent post on social media, suggesting they’re going through a difficult time.

She also talked about her weight loss journey and how it connected to her relationship with her husband.

She addressed the recent controversy in an Instagram Story, clarifying that any outcome regarding Chris is unrelated to his weight or his autism diagnosis.

‘Fingers crossed we can make it through, he’s the best,’ she added.

A source recently told the Daily Mail that a divorce is likely for Schumer, sharing this information back in November.

According to a close friend, the comedian has lost weight and seems to be moving on. The friend also mentioned that her husband isn’t home much lately.

The next day, a source told the Daily Mail that the couple, married for seven years, was experiencing difficulties in their relationship.

Schumer recently discussed her 50-pound weight loss on social media, clarifying in a video that it wasn’t just about how she looks.

She explained that she lost weight to improve her health and overcome a serious medical condition that could have been life-threatening.

She corrected an earlier report, stating she actually lost 50 pounds, not 30, which was still a significant amount of weight loss.

It was amazing to see how quickly things moved after I shared my video! My six-year-old, Gene Fischer, actually filmed it for me, which makes it even more special. And then, just a few hours later, Madonna herself responded right in the comments! It was such a lovely surprise.

The singer responded to the comedian’s post by saying, ‘Don’t feel like you need to apologize for taking care of yourself. People will always judge, so focus on what makes you happy and healthy.’

Schumer explained that her weight loss was ‘not to look hot, which does feel fun and temporary.’ 

She also mentioned she was feeling better after revealing she’d had plastic surgery and was using the medication Mounjaro.

She explained that she was diagnosed with a life-threatening condition causing severe facial swelling, but it’s now in remission, thanks to early detection through online communities. She was referencing her 2024 diagnosis of Cushing’s syndrome.

Cushing’s syndrome occurs when the body is exposed to high levels of the hormone cortisol over an extended period, according to the Mayo Clinic.

High levels of cortisol can lead to common signs of Cushing syndrome, like a buildup of fat between the shoulders, a rounded face, and noticeable stretch marks that are pink or purple. Other potential problems include high blood pressure, weakened bones, and an increased risk of type 2 diabetes.

Schumer shared that the condition developed due to multiple steroid injections she had received.

Besides a fuller face, people with this condition may also experience weight gain around the stomach, noticeable stretch marks, hair loss, easily bruised skin, and slower healing of cuts and scrapes, as noted by the Mayo Clinic.

Women with Cushing syndrome might experience extra hair growth on their body and face. While most people respond well to treatment, the condition can be life-threatening in rare cases, especially when tumors are difficult or impossible to remove safely.

‘Sorry for whatever feeling it’s giving you that I lost that weight,’ Schumer continued. 

She revealed she’s had cosmetic surgery throughout the years and confirmed she’s been using the medication Mounjaro, a drug originally designed for type 2 diabetes. She also noted that the same drug is sold under the name Zepbound specifically for weight loss.
