Bridget Fonda, 61, showcases dramatic weight loss in off-the-shoulder look as transformation continues

She has been on a dramatic weight loss journey.

Bridget Fonda was seen shopping in Los Angeles, wearing loose, flowing clothes that subtly revealed her slim figure.

Fonda wore a relaxed but fashionable outfit: a loose-fitting white sweater, black pants, and several bags slung across her shoulder.

With a cool iced tea in her hand, 61-year-old Fonda appeared happy and at ease while finishing up some tasks.

Jane Fonda stopped acting more than twenty years ago, but she comes from a famous Hollywood family. She’s the daughter of actor Peter Fonda and the niece of Jane Fonda.

The celebrity has noticeably lost weight in recent years, and functional nutritionist Monica Partier recently explained some of the details behind their health and wellness journey.

Partier told the Daily Mail in October that she’s lost at least 75 pounds in the last few years, which is a significant accomplishment, especially considering she’s over 50.

Jane Fonda may have used medications like Ozempic to help with her weight loss, or other drugs in the same class, such as Wegovy (semaglutide) and Zepbound (tirzepatide).

The nutritionist continued, saying that if she achieved this naturally, there were a number of different approaches she might have used.

Jane Fonda began her film career at the age of five in the 1969 movie Easy Rider. The film also featured her father, Peter Fonda, along with Jack Nicholson and Dennis Hopper.

She started appearing in other projects in the late 1980s, including “You Can’t Hurry Love” (1988) and “Scandal” (1989).

In 1990, she appeared as a journalist in the film The Godfather Part III, directed by Francis Ford Coppola.

She went on to appear in the 1992 film Single White Female with Jennifer Jason Leigh. The psychological thriller later gained a devoted following and became a cult classic.

Throughout her career, she also starred in several other films, including It Could Happen To You (1994), Jackie Brown (1997), A Simple Plan (1998), Lake Placid (1999), and Kiss Of The Dragon (2001).

As someone who’s followed Hollywood for years, I remember Jane Fonda getting a lot of recognition for her work. A standout moment was her Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actress – she really shone in ‘Scandal’ back in 1989!

Her last appearance on the screen was in the 2002 television filmed titled Snow Queen.

In 2003, she suffered a broken back in a car accident, which unfortunately ended her career as an actress.

That same year, she tied the knot with composer Danny Elfman and the couple share son Oliver, 20.

The last Hollywood project she made was Snow Queen, which came out 23 years ago.
