Jenny McCarthy looked wrinkle free when leaving NBC headquarters in New York City on Thursday.
The TV host, 53, had remarkably smooth skin, which she accentuated with a full face of makeup – including dark eyeliner, long eyelashes, and a bright pink lipstick.
The singer, known from The Masked Singer, looks remarkably youthful, just as she did in photos taken for Playboy magazine two decades ago.
Heidi Montag’s husband, Spencer Pratt, has been candid about the cosmetic surgeries she’s had, including breast augmentation, Botox injections, and AirSculpt to remove unwanted fat. He’s stated, however, that she has not had lip fillers.
Plastic surgeon Dr. Kahn, who practices in Beverly Hills, shared his opinion on the procedures he believes have helped the famous blonde maintain a youthful appearance.
Dr. Kahn told the Daily Mail that the patient’s remarkably smooth skin – with no wrinkles on her forehead, around her eyes, or near her lips – strongly indicates she regularly gets Botox injections.
He also noted she seems to be getting a microdermabrasion, a gentle treatment that removes the top layer of skin to improve its texture.
He explained that the treatment feels like revealing fresh skin. Microdermabrasion removes dead skin cells using either a gentle stream of crystals or a diamond-tipped tool.
This helps boost collagen production, leading to a more consistent skin tone. It’s also very effective at reducing the appearance of fine lines.
He suspects she may have had fat injections under her eyes to reduce the appearance of wrinkles. This procedure involves using fat from other parts of the body to add volume and smooth out the skin.

Dr Kahn also thinks she takes her skincare seriously.
He observed that she appears to avoid the sun, likely by staying indoors or using strong sunscreen, as her skin is very pale and shows no signs of sun damage.

The doctor explained that hyaluronic acid is currently very trendy because it helps skin stay hydrated by attracting and holding a lot of water. It essentially acts like a moisturizer and is excellent for keeping skin hydrated.

McCarthy then added: ‘People should actually feel a little sorry for me! I have been unlucky.’
This follows her previous statement denying she’s ever used weight loss drugs. Two years ago, she said she wasn’t using Ozempic, preferring to focus on long-term, sustainable methods for losing weight.

‘They finally had to dig into my jawbone and chipped away, and found I had a deep bone infection.’

If left untreated, the infection can cause the implant to become loose and eventually fail.
She spent Thanksgiving with her spouse.
She admitted it’s been difficult to find time to meet up, explaining that she’s been filming ‘The Masked Singer’ in Los Angeles while he’s been working with Boston Blue in Canada.
This year has been challenging, so we’re especially looking forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas. It’ll just be the two of us at home in Chicago – I’m cooking the turkey, and we’re planning to simply enjoy each other’s company.
She expressed hope that she’d be well enough to enjoy a turkey dinner. ‘I feel like I’m recovering now,’ she said, ‘and I’m ready to eat!’

I was chatting with a celebrity recently, and she shared a fun story about her husband, Donnie Wahlberg. Apparently, he got his start way back when as a member of the iconic boy band, New Kids on the Block! It’s always interesting to learn about the different paths people take, isn’t it?

Jenny explained to People that she likely would have been a New Kids on the Block fan if she were younger, but at 52 (almost 53), she felt she’d moved past that phase.

She first noticed her future husband, Donnie, on TV when he was at the peak of his career. She remembers seeing him on Entertainment Tonight riding his motorcycle and thinking he was trying too hard to look cool. She joked that she never imagined she’d end up marrying him.
Jenny and Donnie met in 2012, but they didn’t become a couple until 2013. They then got married on August 31st, 2014.
Holly Madison and her ex-husband, actor John Asher, have a 22-year-old son named Evan. Donnie Wahlberg has two sons, 32-year-old Xavier and 23-year-old Elijah, from his previous marriage to Kim Fey.
Jenny and Donnie are so loved-up, they renew their wedding vows every year.
In a 2024 interview on the ‘Let’s Talk Off Camera with Kelly Ripa’ podcast, Jenny admitted she used to tease celebrities and others who chose to renew their wedding vows.
I thought it was really cheesy and strange, and told them, “Your wedding is finished, just focus on staying married.” Then Donnie suggested we make it a tradition.
