Olivia Attwood has openly discussed the challenges she’s faced in her marriage since marrying Bradley Dack.
In a recent episode of her podcast, Olivia’s House, 34-year-old Olivia revealed that her marriage to the 31-year-old footballer is ‘really hard,’ addressing ongoing rumors of a divorce.
Olivia and her partner first connected at a nightclub in 2015, but their relationship was unsteady and lasted only about three months. After things ended, Olivia joined the reality show Love Island.
They reunited in early 2018 and married in a lavish ceremony in Knightsbridge in June 2023.
Olivia admitted they had a difficult summer and acknowledged issues on both sides of the relationship. She emphasized that marriage is genuinely very challenging.

Rumors were spreading quickly that we were getting divorced, and people were claiming to have inside information…
Okay, so remember those cute photos circulating of me and Pete Wicks having fun on a boat in Ibiza last July? Well, let me tell you, they caused quite a stir when I got home! It definitely led to some tricky conversations, to say the least.
She mentioned being photographed with a coworker from her radio show, Pete Wicks, and added that he’s already upset with her about it.
We were going through a rough patch back then. I didn’t want to fake happiness on Instagram by posting pictures when things weren’t actually good between us.
I recently went to Ibiza and photos were taken of me with a friend from my radio show looking a bit too close for comfort. He’s already upset with me about it.
I don’t want to create a situation where I have to bring someone to events and pretend we have a perfect relationship. I think trying to force that image would just end badly.
Olivia explained she was upset by the reaction to the photos, saying people overreacted to her going to Ibiza. She felt she should be allowed to live her life without such judgment.
Everyone needs a break now and then, but constantly relying on them isn’t a healthy way to maintain balance. I fell into the pattern of doing that too often.
Earlier in the week, Olivia poked fun at rumours surrounding her marriage.
On Sunday, she posted a funny video on Instagram inspired by a famous scene from the 2009 episode of Gossip Girl. The scene features Jason Derulo’s song “Watcha Say” playing as characters’ secrets are revealed, causing them to dramatically leave a table one by one.
Olivia recreated the scene by sharing videos of her family leaving the dinner table, adding funny captions to each one.
Okay, so things got pretty awkward for Bradley during a recent interview. The camera focused on him just as a message flashed on screen asking about a possible divorce from Olivia. Honestly, you could see him instantly get upset and he walked right off – it was a really tense moment, and definitely not the smooth interview anyone was hoping for.
Although the couple playfully address the gossip surrounding them, Olivia recently admitted their relationship has been challenging. She explained that both she and Brad have made mistakes and faced difficulties, saying, ‘We’ve both messed up at times.’

Olivia posted a funny video on Instagram of herself at a table, playfully warning someone, ‘Don’t go too hard on the wine – this isn’t Freedom Bar!’ It was a reference to the famous late-night club Freedom in Soho.
Her dad, Kai, jokingly threatened to film her for TikTok as he left the table. Meanwhile, her mom, Jennifer, playfully corrected her online, pointing out she was drinking prosecco, not champagne. Her sister, Georgia, chimed in, teasing her about buying yet another horse.
People praised Olivia for openly addressing the divorce rumors. Many fans commented online, with one writing, “This puts those rumors to rest – we love how self-aware she is!”
As a lifestyle expert, I’ve always said relationships take work, and Olivia recently opened up to her fans about that very thing. She shared that things have shifted with Bradley, and honestly, she’s right – marriage is hard! It’s refreshing to see someone be so real about the ups and downs we all experience.
In an Instagram question-and-answer session, she addressed a fan’s question about Brad’s whereabouts, acknowledging he hadn’t appeared on her social media recently.
She insisted he was still alive, emphasizing their ten years together. She admitted things had changed a lot, and that marriage is incredibly difficult – something people don’t often talk about. She finished by saying she simply couldn’t pretend everything was okay.
I only want to share photos that show what our life is really like. We’re focused on our own path, and I’ll be sure to let you know if anything changes.
