Sharon Osbourne insists Ozzy’s cheating ‘meant nothing’ to her until he brought other women to her house that she furnished

Sharon Osbourne says the affairs her late husband, Ozzy, had during their marriage didn’t have any real significance to her.

In a heartfelt conversation with Piers Morgan, Sharon Osbourne spoke about her long-lasting relationship with Black Sabbath’s Ozzy Osbourne, who passed away in July at 76.

I’ve followed Ozzy and Sharon’s story for years, and while they were together for 43 years and raised three kids, it’s no secret their marriage wasn’t always easy. He was unfaithful multiple times, and that definitely cast a shadow over things, even though they clearly loved each other deeply.

Sharon has stated that she was only bothered by her husband’s infidelity when he brought other women home with him.

She grew up in the 1970s surrounded by people struggling with addiction, but it didn’t bother her much. Having a violent father meant she was already accustomed to difficult and extreme situations.

I understand many people, especially women, feel that if a partner is with someone else, the relationship is automatically finished. But everyone reacts differently, and that didn’t bother me at all.

But she added that she was upset when things got closer to home.

There were a few instances where he’d express his displeasure with me bringing guests over, saying something like, “I don’t appreciate you having them at my place.” I’d always respond by reminding him that I was the one who decorated and furnished the house, and that I didn’t appreciate his attitude.

Sharon explained that she wasn’t bothered by it, saying she understands his personality and doesn’t take it seriously. She emphasized it didn’t affect her at all.

Sharon and Ozzy married in 1982 and have three children – Aimee, 41, Kelly, 40, and Jack, 39.

Sharon Osbourne has publicly acknowledged that her husband, Ozzy Osbourne, was unfaithful to her several times throughout their marriage. In a 2017 interview with The Telegraph, she specifically mentioned affairs with a young Russian woman, a masseuse in England, their personal masseuse, and their cook.

The Black Sabbath singer dismissed the affair with the younger woman, claiming it was purely physical and apologizing if she interpreted their relationship differently.

Ozzy’s representative released a statement at the time apologizing not only for his publicized issues, but also to the other women he was involved with, as he had begun therapy to address a sex addiction.

During her conversation with Piers, Sharon shared that she had felt hopeless after her husband’s death and didn’t want to continue living.

Black Sabbath’s iconic singer Tony Martin passed away on July 22nd at his home in Buckinghamshire due to heart failure. This came just three weeks after his final performance with the band in his hometown.

Fighting back tears, she expressed regret, saying she wished she’d chosen Ozzy. She also felt she’d accomplished everything she’d set out to do, but emphasized that her love for her children was what ultimately helped her cope.

‘They’ve been, they’ve been, excuse me, unbelievably, just magnificent with me, all three of them.’

Piers asked: ‘They’re the reason, and their kids are the reason why you’ve got to hang in there?’

The former X Factor judge explained that during a difficult time with their mental health, they briefly stayed in a treatment facility to get help.

I noticed two young women who didn’t know each other, both of whom had lost their mothers to suicide. Seeing how deeply it had affected their lives, I made a firm decision that I would never put my own children through that kind of pain.

She explained that grief now feels like a constant companion. She admitted it might seem strange, but when you love someone deeply, learning to live with the sadness after they’re gone is something you have to accept and adjust to. She believes she will, and knows life will continue to move forward.
