Ellie Goulding unexpectedly performed at a Florida wedding over the weekend, showing off her baby bump in the process.
The 38-year-old singer, who is pregnant and expecting a baby with her partner, Beau Minniear, 28, looked stunning in a tight-fitting red dress.
Singer Ellie surprised everyone by performing at Emily Enby and Joel Birnback’s wedding in Palm Beach, Florida – the bride didn’t even know she was coming!
The singer performed her rendition of “How Long Will I Love You?” for the couple’s first dance. The song was originally released on her 2013 album, Halcyon Days.
Speaking to the bride and groom, she said: ‘You look so beautiful, my goodness. Wow, what a night.’
Ellie greeted her audience and asked if they’d like her to sing, which was met with enthusiastic applause.
The star then sang several of her hits for attendees including Lights and Love Me Like You Do.

I’m so incredibly happy for them, it’s the cutest thing ever, I’ve been following Ellie forever and this is just… everything!
The singer and her husband, Caspar Jopling, separated last February. They have a four-year-old son named Arthur. Since going public with her new partner, Beau, in September, they’ve vacationed together in Italy. Beau shared a personal photo online of the singer relaxing in their hotel room.
He also appears in several raunchy scenes in Ellie’s latest music video, Destiny.
The Daily Mail reported that Beau was arrested in Palm Beach, Florida in 2018, when he was 20 years old.
He was charged with three crimes following the incident: robbery (without using a weapon), aggravated battery causing serious harm, and possession of marijuana.
West Palm Beach police reports show Beau and two other men were arrested after a fight that happened on a street around 2:30 in the morning.
A 36-year-old man reported being attacked by a group of people who kicked and punched him repeatedly while he was on the ground. He suffered a broken elbow and a bloody nose as a result.
Police reports show he stated his pants were torn and his wallet was stolen. The wallet was later recovered from one of the men arrested alongside him.
Police records show the victim, who has a past criminal history, was experiencing homelessness when the incident occurred.
The mugshot shows Beau looking sad and regretful after his arrest. He’s wearing a blue and purple plaid shirt, and his hair is messy. He was the only member of the group to face drug charges, after police found seven grams of marijuana on him.
Okay, so I’ve been following this closely, and it turns out Beau only pled guilty to a misdemeanor! Can you believe it? They originally thought it could have been a felony, which would have been way worse, but he made some kind of deal with the prosecutors. He actually spent two days in county jail already, which is awful, but at least it wasn’t a full-blown felony conviction. I’m just…relieved it wasn’t worse, honestly. It’s still scary, but it could have been so much more serious.
I was there, practically glued to the courtroom door, when he finally faced the music in November 2018. Honestly, I was just relieved he didn’t get jail time! The judge gave him probation, which felt… okay, I guess. And he had to pay about $675 – it wasn’t much considering everything, but it was something. I just kept thinking, ‘He’s still out there,’ and it was a weird mix of relief and… well, I’m still processing it all.
In addition to other requirements, he was required to finish a 12-hour online course on managing anger. He also had to complete at least 75 hours of community service, spread out over the next year with a minimum of ten hours each month.
This wasn’t, however, Beau’s last brush with the law.
He was arrested again in 2020, during the protests and unrest in Los Angeles following the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis. These events, known as the Black Lives Matter protests, lasted for two days.
The 23-year-old was arrested along with 4,000 others for violating the city’s 8 p.m. curfew, which was put in place to stop the ongoing violence. He was released shortly after and didn’t seem to face any charges.
Now that Ellie is pregnant with their first child, it’s likely Beau has been honest with her about his complicated history.
Beau’s racy role in an old drama has also been recently revealed.
In 2022 Beau took on a small but very raunchy role in Paramount+ programme Minx.
The Sun reports that a scene in the show features JJ completely nude, playing tennis with another naked man.
This show takes place in 1970s Los Angeles and centers on a young woman passionate about feminism. She teams up with a small-time publisher to launch the first magazine designed to explore female sexuality.
Beau appears in a nude photoshoot with Chris Riggi for a magazine known for its provocative content. The shoot features both actors.
The show’s lead makeup artist has confirmed that prosthetics were used to create these effects.
