eFootball 2026 December 2025 update: All campaigns and additions explained
FIFAe World Cup 25 Campaign
This update introduces the FIFAe World Cup 25 Campaign, a celebration of the upcoming esports competition taking place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, starting December 10th, 2025. From December 4th to 18th, 2025, the campaign will offer players a free Manager item, up to 150 coins, a free chance at a Show Time item, and other in-game rewards.
The Campaign Hub is back with a new system! You’ll now earn points by playing online matches or against the AI, and you can use those points to get rewards. Please note that Training, Exhibition, and Skill Up matches won’t give you points. Plus, you’ll be able to earn even more points each week as the event goes on.

You can earn Gennaro Gattuso as a reward in the Campaign Hub. He’s a strong manager with 89 Proficiency when used in an Out Wide formation, and excels at Diagonal Long Passes and Link-up Play. He’s a great free option for your team.
During this promotion, you can get one free Show Time player each day. This reward box won’t reset like others, so you’ll continue to receive a daily player throughout the event. The promotion began with ST Michael Olise, and more players will be added soon.
Hey everyone, there’s a cool new mode called Team Effort – basically a Squad Challenge! The way it works is, every time our squad wins a match, we get some awesome rewards like booster tokens, skill tokens, and GP. But here’s the catch: whoever played in that winning match can’t play in the next one. So it’s all about smart team rotation and keeping things fresh!
CAF and eFootball Partnership
KONAMI and the Confederation of African Football (CAF) have partnered to bring African football to the eFootball video game. This means players can look forward to content based on the Africa Cup of Nations, as well as updates featuring African national teams and tournaments. The first of this content will be available in eFootball on December 11th, coinciding with the actual tournament.
CR Flamengo Winner Campaign

To honor CR Flamengo’s championship win, eFootball is hosting a special in-game event. Simply log in to get a free Highlight chance, and you can earn two more by playing against the AI. All CR Flamengo players will also temporarily receive an improved Rating of A.
New Manager and Packs
As I detailed in my version 5.2.0 article, Ronald Koeman is available for 750 coins. He has a proficiency of 89 in ‘Out Wide’ and 88 in ‘Possession Game’. His key playstyle focuses on ‘Aggressive Centring A’.
The team welcomes two new Epic players, David Beckham and Jan Koller, along with special Show Time versions of Pedro Neto and Hugo Ekitike. Beckham and Koller have enhanced Show Time abilities as a crosser and a striker, making them strong choices for your team.
