Planning to go to the VALORANT Masters Santiago tournament? Here’s a guide to tickets, the schedule, and everything else you need to know.
Okay, so Riot just dropped all the details on how to snag tickets for the first big international Valorant event of 2026 – Masters Santiago! If you’re like me and planning to be there in person, they’ve laid out everything you need to know about the venue, when tickets go on sale, and basically all the important event info.
Masters Santiago: Venue location and tickets
VALORANT is coming to Chile! The Masters Santiago tournament will take place at the 6,500-seat Espacio Riesco from February 28th to March 15th. This is the first time a VALORANT event will be held in Chile, which is exciting news for fans across Latin America.
Riot Games is expanding the first major tournament of 2026. Unlike the recent Masters Bangkok event, Masters Santiago will include 12 teams – an increase from eight. This means each esports region will be sending one additional team to compete.
There will be plenty to see and do at the event, including fun activities and some surprises! We’ll also have Masters Santiago merchandise available, and we’ll let you know as soon as Riot Games shares details about what’s in store.
Okay, so if you’re trying to find us, the address is Av. El Salto 5000, in Huechuraba, which is in the Metropolitan Region of Chile. The postal code is 8440000. Hopefully that helps you find your way!
Ticket sales
Tickets go on sale December 10th at 7 a.m. Pacific Time, 12 p.m. Chile Standard Time, or 4 p.m. Central European Time. You can purchase tickets exclusively through the official Punto Ticket website. Be aware that tickets may sell out fast, so make sure you’re ready to buy them right when sales begin. Prices vary depending on the stage of the tournament.
Every ticket level includes access to the newly updated Zona de Comunidad area before, during, and after the event, offering lots of fun activities and surprises. You’ll also get into La Galería, the standing-room section that brings you closer to the players during entrances, the game, and celebrations.
With your tickets, you also get access to El Foro, a special area where you can watch interviews with players and teams after the games. You might even be able to get a photo or autograph!
Event schedule
If you’re planning to come to the event in person, here’s what you need to know about when things get started. Doors open at 1:30 p.m. during the week, but a little earlier on weekends – at 12 p.m.! Also, just a heads-up, the weekend schedule actually includes that final Friday, so keep that in mind when you’re making your travel plans. I’m so excited!
The pre-show begins at 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and at 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. The main show always starts at 3 p.m. on weekdays and 2 p.m. on weekends.
Everything you need to know about what you can bring to the event – including food, age limits, bags, costumes, signs, and prohibited items – is available on the official Riot Games website. You’ll also find details about cameras and other policies there.
