Oprah Winfrey, 71, looked fit and fantastic as she arrived in Sydney, Australia on Tuesday, preparing for her speaking tour across the country.

The talk show host, who landed in the country yesterday, was seen returning to her hotel after a relaxing breakfast and walk in Bondi, a beachside neighborhood.

Oprah looked noticeably thinner as she stepped out of her car, wearing a green T-shirt, patterned blue leggings, and a woven sun hat.

She completed her outfit with a playful touch – a banana around her neck – along with sunglasses, hoop earrings, a smartwatch, and practical sneakers.

Oprah greeted people with a smile and enthusiastic wave as she walked towards the hotel.

Oprah Winfrey, the famous American talk show host, will be touring Australia for a series of live interviews in December. This will be her first time visiting the country in over a decade, since 2010.

‘I’m beyond excited to return after ten years,’ Oprah said in a public statement.

I still remember the amazing energy and connection I felt with everyone at my last shows. This tour is all about coming back together, taking time to think about what matters, and finding new inspiration. I’m really excited to share experiences, ideas, and have conversations about building a better future.

In 2010, Oprah Winfrey filmed four episodes of her show at the Sydney Opera House, briefly renaming it the ‘Oprah House’ for the occasion. This event became a significant cultural moment.

The tour was a huge success, bringing 300 excited American fans along for the ride. It was full of memorable moments, like unexpected gifts for the audience, a generous $250,000 donation to someone battling cancer, and even a funny accident involving Hugh Jackman on a zip-line during a live show.

The $5 million trip, funded by Australian taxpayers, faced public criticism initially, but Winfrey defended it as a valuable boost for tourism.

The episodes eventually aired in 145 countries, giving global exposure to local landmarks.

Oprah’s tour begins this Thursday in Sydney, and she will then visit Adelaide, Brisbane, and Melbourne.
