Motorcycle influencer, 25, wore bra tops and sometimes drove hands free as investigation into horror crash is still ongoing

Twenty-five-year-old Karen Sofía Quiroz Ramírez, a social media influencer, died in Colombia last week after being involved in a motorcycle crash.

Paramedics attempted to revive the woman when they arrived, but she had already died, according to Transport Official Jahir Andrés Castellanos Prada.

The up-and-coming celebrity often wore revealing outfits while riding her bike, frequently ditching a jacket. She also filmed a reckless video of herself riding hands-free.

The cause of death has yet to be revealed but it is likely head trauma.

Head injuries are the most common cause of death in motorcycle accidents, even when riders wear helmets. Serious injuries to the chest and abdomen, leading to damage of internal organs, are also a significant cause of fatalities.

Authorities have said that they are still investigating the crash.

From what Andres has shared, it sounds like the young driver attempted to navigate between two cars, but unfortunately lost control. They first hit a car, and tragically, then ended up under the wheels of a lorry on the opposite side. It’s just heartbreaking to hear.

She passed away near the town of Floridablanca, located north of Bogotá, Colombia, on Wednesday.

The Instagram star seems to have predicted the accident hours before it happened.

The social media star, known as sofia_quiroz10, shared a worrying post saying she hoped she wouldn’t have an accident because she was driving without her glasses.

According to transport official Prada, who spoke to the Daily Mail last week, the most probable cause of the accident is that the motorcyclist was riding in between two other vehicles.

This incident will be investigated to determine exactly what caused the deadly traffic accident. The Prosecutor’s Office will lead the investigation.

We will investigate the incident by interviewing witnesses, reviewing CCTV footage, and determining if the other drivers involved were at fault.

Motorcyclists account for a large number of traffic fatalities worldwide. In fact, the World Health Organization estimates that nearly 25% of all road deaths each year involve people riding motorcycles.

Ramírez shared a video on Instagram of herself riding a pink and black motorcycle in Colombia, wearing minimal clothing.

She often appeared to skip wearing a bulky leather jacket, sometimes opting for just a sports bra, though it’s possible she did this for the cameras.

Motorcycle riders should wear sturdy jackets to shield themselves from scrapes, impacts, and bad weather. Quality riding jackets are made from tough materials like leather or strong fabrics and have built-in padding to lessen the force of a crash. This protection is crucial for avoiding serious injuries such as broken bones and painful road rash.

She was occasionally spotted riding her Gixxer 150 motorcycle without using her hands, instead gesturing with her arms while filming videos for Instagram.

She didn’t just take pictures with her bike. The young actress was also frequently photographed in bikinis, showcasing her vibrant tattoos while traveling to beautiful, faraway places.
