Ioan Gruffudd and his wife, Bianca Wallace, recently shared intimate photos from the maternity ward, celebrating the arrival of their baby, whom they’ve lovingly called their ‘angel child‘.
It was a sweet moment, but some wondered if it was intentionally hurtful, especially considering Gruffudd’s recent and very public split from Alice Evans after thirteen years of marriage.
Thirty-three-year-old Bianca, an Australian actress not many people know, recently announced she and Ioan are deeply in love. To really emphasize the point, she also shared a colorful picture of her umbilical cord – which was a bit much for some!
It’s understandable that she was overwhelmed with happiness at the birth of her first child, especially considering she was diagnosed with incurable multiple sclerosis seven years prior, and I deeply sympathize with her situation.
What about Ioan’s two daughters, aged 57, with Alice? They’ve been deeply upset since their father left their mother for a much younger woman.
It must have been incredibly upsetting for Ella, 16, and Elsie, 12, to see Bianca’s post, especially while their mother is still dealing with a legal dispute with their father. Last year, Ella filed court documents accusing Bianca of abuse, claiming Bianca had slammed a door on her, causing bruises.
A few years back, Alice felt deeply hurt when Bianca shared a romantic photo with Ioan, accusing Bianca of intentionally trying to cause her pain. It seems obvious this post would make things worse, and it left Alice wondering if Bianca was simply seeking attention online. Ioan didn’t appear to consider how upsetting the photo would be for Alice, either.
His biggest Hollywood role was playing Mr Fantastic in the Marvel movie Fantastic Four.

Not quite so Fantastic now, are we Mr and Mrs Ioan Gruffudd?
Outfit’s too Lo cut
It raised some eyebrows that Indian billionaires Netra Mantena and Vamsi Gadiraju hired Jennifer Lopez to perform at their lavish £5 million wedding, especially given her revealing performance attire.

Jennifer Lopez, reportedly earning $2 million for the performance, wore a very revealing gold outfit. In contrast, the happy couple and their families were all dressed in traditional, more modest clothing.
Jennifer Lopez exclaimed, ‘God bless us all!’ However, she might have also wanted to ask for forgiveness after facing a wave of criticism online for being culturally insensitive.
Following Jeff Brazier’s divorce from Kate Dwyer, people close to his sons, Freddy and Bobby, have said they never really saw her as a mother figure and didn’t have a close relationship with her. Considering the emotional turmoil caused by their mother, Jade Goody’s, passing, Kate deserves recognition for staying in that marriage as long as she did. Fortunately, Kate doesn’t owe her stepchildren anything and is now free to enjoy the happiness she deserves.
Westminster Wars
- No solace for habitual liar Rachel Reeves as even the Guardian described her betrayal Budget as ‘more like Operation Save Our Skins’ and ‘enough for this historically unpopular pair [her and Starmer] to stay in Downing Street a while longer’.
- A Fiery performance from Kemi Badenoch replying to the Budget, but I wish she’d quit with the finger-pointing. An angry woman jabbing her finger in your face, even if it is only on TV, is a turn off.
- Meanwhile polls show that, amid the disgust with Reeves’ Budget and the impotence of the Tories, Reform would win the most seats if an election were held today. A sobering thought.
Simon Cowell, 66, jokingly claims he’s getting younger after a medical procedure that cleans and replaces his blood. While he’s known for using Botox, he still has some neck wrinkles – which is reassuring to many women who experience the same thing! It seems the treatments might be working in some areas, as his ears look surprisingly youthful.

Sharon and Kelly Osbourne shared worried photos of their son, Jack, while he was on ‘I’m A Celebrity’ facing a challenge involving ‘crocodiles.’ Many found it amusing, considering the late Steve Irwin, famous for wrestling real, massive saltwater crocodiles, would likely be shocked to see someone with famous parents praised for dealing with a very small croc.
A win for Andrea’s girl power
British athlete Andrea Thompson celebrated a victory after it was discovered that her competitor, Jammie Brooker, who initially won the World’s Strongest Woman competition, was a biological male and subsequently had the title revoked. The situation raises questions about fairness in sports, with the implication being that some competitors choose to compete against women because they would be defeated by male competitors.
Give Alex your vote
As a huge Strictly fan, I’m honestly gutted by what’s happening this year! It used to be all about heartbreak and romantic drama, but now it feels like the show is actually injuring the celebrities. We’ve already lost Dani Dyer, Stefan Dennis, Kristian Nairn, and La Voix – all forced to pull out because of injuries. It’s really worrying and a shame to see them go!
Alex Kingston has injured her rib, but she’s determined to continue competing on the show with her professional dance partner.
At 62, Alex is the oldest and only true amateur contestant on Strictly – someone with no prior dance experience who’s learning to dance beautifully. Let’s support her with our votes tomorrow!
A case of Rebel without a cause
Following recent legal battles sparked by her claims about coworkers on her new movie, ‘The Deb,’ Rebel Wilson says she’s proud to have spoken out about issues in Hollywood.

She claims people have been attempting to sabotage her career since she first gained recognition in the film Bridesmaids.
Honestly, don’t make such a big deal out of it. You were only in the movie for a few minutes and had very few lines.
It’s commendable that David Cameron, 59, publicly shared his prostate cancer diagnosis and is now advocating for men to get screened. It’s strange that while women routinely receive reminders for breast and cervical cancer screenings, and many are offered bowel cancer tests, numerous men calling into Nick Ferrari’s LBC show reported their doctors wouldn’t even give them a PSA test, despite being at high risk.
It was amazing being in London the other day and seeing those farmers’ tractors rolling in to protest – the streets were packed with people showing their support! It really struck me how different the police response was, though. Farmers were getting arrested, while it seemed like the Extinction Rebellion activists who were causing damage just got a warning. It felt incredibly unfair to witness.
An Italian man committed a bizarre fraud by pretending his deceased mother was still alive for three years. He dressed her body up, even applying lipstick, to fraudulently claim benefits. The scheme, quickly nicknamed the ‘Mrs. Doubtfire’ scandal, was exposed when an official noticed his Adam’s apple. It’s a situation the late Robin Williams, famous for playing a similar character in the film Mrs. Doubtfire, would likely find darkly humorous.
