They used to say in the old cowboy films: ‘This town ain’t big enough for the both of us.’

Despite their divorce, Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman both seem determined to stay in Nashville, Tennessee, where they’ve established strong ties. Neither one appears willing to move.

Country music star Keith Urban and actress Nicole Kidman first made their home in Nashville – the heart of country music – and later raised their daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith, 14, in a large house within the private Northumberland community.

Nicole Kidman remained at their home, while Keith Urban found temporary accommodation close by. Since separating, both have been seen – at different times – shopping at the same Whole Foods Market in the Franklin Hills neighborhood.

I’m told they still get their hair done by Ashley Wahler, who works in the nearby city of Franklin.

We’re not sure if they still go to the same church, but their kids are still enrolled at the same school.

According to a custody agreement signed last August, Nicole has the children for the majority of the year – 306 days – while Urban has them for 59 days, including Thanksgiving, which just passed.

Nicole Kidman filed for divorce in September, stating the couple had differences that couldn’t be resolved, and the process seemed to be moving forward quickly. Friends say she plans to stay put for the foreseeable future. She’s scheduled to begin filming a new season of the Scarpetta series – based on the popular novels by Patricia Cornwell and featuring pathologist Dr. Kay Scarpetta – in Nashville next spring.

The first season is finished and will premiere on Prime Video on March 11th. This week, Prime Video shared the first images of Nicole Kidman as the lead character. Jamie Lee Curtis will play Dorothy, the sister of Kidman’s character.

Kidman and Urban were married in June 2006 and were last seen together this June.

During his recent High And Alive World Tour, fans observed a change in Keith Urban’s performances – he stopped publicly acknowledging his wife, Nicole Kidman, something he used to do regularly. After news of their divorce became public, a source told People magazine that Nicole is deeply hurt and feels betrayed by the split, calling it a shocking and devastating experience for her.

According to an insider, the actress is unhappy and has been trying to repair the marriage. TMZ, the website that first reported the news, claimed a source close to Nicole Kidman believes Keith Urban is having an affair.

Kidman’s team declined to comment on the rumours; as did Urban’s.

Rumors have connected him romantically with Maggie Baugh, a 25-year-old musician who sings, plays guitar, and is a skilled violinist in his band. However, country singer Alexandra Kay has denied these rumors, stating they are false.

You know, it really saddened me to see what they were going through. The level of media attention is just relentless, and people can be incredibly harsh. I’ve actually met her boyfriend, and she seems genuinely happy – it’s just a shame they’re facing so much negativity.

I always found it sweet how Keith Urban and Karley Scott Collins seemed to connect! She opened for him on tour, and it was clear there was something special between them. It was lovely to see!

This 25-year-old singer is currently signed with Sony Music in Nashville and represented by CAA in Los Angeles. She recently shared her enthusiasm for touring with Keith, praising him as a fantastic performer and someone she deeply admires.

An Instagram photo from July 16th captures the pair embracing, with their heads close together. Scott Collins captioned the picture, ‘Somebody pinch me!’

The poster for Emerald Fennell’s upcoming film, ‘Wuthering Heights,’ closely resembles a famous scene from the 1939 movie ‘Gone With The Wind,’ featuring Vivien Leigh and Clark Gable.

Emerald Fennell, the writer of Saltburn, is sharing her provocative adaptation of the Brontë classic, inspired by her first experience reading it at age fourteen.

However, one critic dismisses it as overly simplistic and sensational content aimed at a young, social media-focused audience. It’s scheduled for release on Valentine’s Day next year.

 

Bye-bye Barbie Pink, hello Marty Orange

Everyone is getting excited for the new movie, Marty Supreme. It features the incredibly popular actor Timothée Chalamet, 29, playing a talented ping-pong player. The film is inspired by the real-life story of Marty Reisman, a table tennis champion and hustler from the 1950s.

This week, Timothée Chalamet was in New York launching a new clothing line featuring his own image and the name ‘Marty Supreme.’ The collection – including windbreakers, track pants, and t-shirts – quickly sold out. Now, the windbreakers are being resold online for over $400. The clothes were initially created by designer Doni Nahmias for Chalamet to wear during promotional appearances.

The actor helped launch a temporary pop-up shop, joining a group of people wearing bright orange helmets – a color the film’s marketers are heavily promoting, similar to how Barbie popularized pink. To build excitement, the film studio, A24, even flew an orange blimp. The actor also shared a humorous fake Zoom call on his Instagram. More promotional events are planned before the film’s release in the US on Christmas Day (and in the UK on Boxing Day).

 

That’s a big thumbs-up from Ariana

Jonathan Bailey, who stars in Wicked: For Good, shared that he and Ariana Grande became very close while filming. He revealed that Grande now keeps a small memento of him with her at all times.

Actor Bailey, known for playing Prince Fiyero—who later becomes the Scarecrow in the next movie—jokingly said Ariana Grande was holding onto his thumb.

I was moving around and getting a feel for how the Scarecrow’s costume felt, and I accidentally fell, splitting the thumb on the prosthetic hand. I didn’t even notice at first, but Ari quickly grabbed it and now carries it with her everywhere.

‘She might wear it as an earring tomorrow. I don’t know.’

 

Dixie, an American bulldog, is quickly becoming a fan favorite in the new movie Dragonfly, released earlier this month. The film also stars Andrea Riseborough (shown with Dixie), Brenda Blethyn, and Jason Watkins.

She primarily worked with Oscar nominee Andrea Riseborough, who described the dog as a joy to be around throughout filming. Riseborough said, “She’s absolutely adorable! I really bonded with her. She seemed to love being on set, and the crew spoiled her with hidden treats—peanut butter and chicken were stashed all over the place!”

Added Riseborough: ‘She loved everybody on set and we just had to wait for her to look scary.

She only seemed intimidating when she wasn’t focused on peanut butter.

 

If a tree falls on the Beckham’s drive, will someone make a lot of money? 

The Beckhams have heavily invested in renovating their Cotswolds home, both inside and out, and it appears they’re now doing the same thing with their Florida property.

Just over a year ago, they purchased an $80 million waterfront home in Miami – a nine-bedroom house described as a modern architectural gem.

This house is their most valuable property, exceeding the combined worth of their homes in London and the Cotswolds.

The couple has submitted plans to local authorities to plant a row of fully grown Lignum Vitae trees – also known as holywood trees – along the front of their property.

These trees, known for growing very slowly, are originally from South Florida and the Caribbean. They produce lovely, vibrant purple flowers when they bloom. Despite their delicate flowers, they’re surprisingly hardy, able to survive dry conditions and even strong storms and salty air.

The Beckhams needed to add a watering system to their property and also purchase $300,000 in insurance. This insurance would protect them if a tree were to fall and injure someone.

This Miami home features luxurious amenities like a rooftop lounge, a spa with a dedicated massage room, and a waterfront deck complete with a yacht mooring. It’s located in an exclusive neighborhood, with pop star Shakira and music legend Barry Gibb as nearby neighbors.

The Beckhams used to live in a $20 million apartment in a building designed by Zaha Hadid in the city, where Sir David co-owns the Inter Miami football club. However, they reportedly fell in love at first sight with their new house, which briefly appears in Lady Beckham’s Netflix documentary.

The success of Sir David’s investment in Inter Miami is clear, just look at the high-profile celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio and Prince Harry who are attending games to see Lionel Messi play.

The couple also has a wide group of friends in the city. David is particularly close to singer Marc Anthony – who used to be married to Jennifer Lopez – and he lives in the city, even performing at Brooklyn’s wedding.

Victoria has spent time with musicians Pharrell Williams and DJ Khaled in the city center, and she’s friendly with restaurateur David Grutman, his wife Isabela (a Brazilian model), and their friend, supermodel Gisele Bündchen.

If they’d like to visit Brooklyn’s wife’s family, it’s a quick trip to the Peltz family’s estate in Palm Beach, where the wedding was held in 2022.

As a long-time follower of the celebrity scene, I’ve noticed South Florida has become the place to be for South American stars – and the Beckhams are just the latest example! It’s become such a melting pot of famous faces, with singers, actors, and now athletes all choosing to live there. It’s amazing to see so many stars calling it home.

David Beckham has really become a fixture at the club, and people generally have a good impression of both him and Victoria. They’re seen as a close-knit, hardworking family who’ve achieved success through their own efforts – qualities that American audiences appreciate and admire.
