Reality star Mauricio Umansky has been seen getting close to another woman, over two years after he and his wife, Kyle Richards, separated.
On Wednesday night, Mauricio Umansky, 55, known from Buying Beverly Hills, was spotted with his arms around CJ Franco, 34, who appeared on FBoy Island.
It was obvious the two were attracted to each other as they got close after having dinner at the popular Craig’s restaurant in West Hollywood.
Umansky gently kissed Franco’s cheek, then rested her face on his shoulder. She leaned her head back with her eyes closed, a happy smile playing on her lips.
Franco, wearing a long tan coat and a brown beanie, looked incredibly happy as she leaned into the realtor, who was dressed in a relaxed but stylish black sweater and jeans.
The Daily Mail has contacted representatives for Umansky and Franco.
This date follows Franco’s recent split from her fiancé, Len Wiseman, whom she was engaged to in 2023.
Although the couple hasn’t officially announced they’ve broken up, Franco recently admitted they’d been separated for a while, following a post by his partner about contacting a former boyfriend.
‘I thought you were engaged to that director?’ one person commented.
‘That collab ended a while ago,’ she replied.
That’s really disappointing. Maybe it’s better this way, though. But if he was unfaithful, then he’s awful.
‘love your passion! Luckily nothing like that,’ she clarified.
Umansky, meanwhile, is also on the market.
‘I’m alone. I’m single. I’m dating. I guess that’s my era,’ he recently told People.
The actor’s daughters are giving him dating tips, and they all agree he should date someone his own age.
They told me, and this was their main point, that they want me to be happy and have fun, as long as I’m realistic about what I can do at my age, he explained.
Umansky and Richards have three daughters together: Alexia, 29, Sophia, 25, and Portia, 17. Umansky is also the stepfather to Richards’ daughter from a previous relationship, 36-year-old Farrah Aldjufrie.
Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky shared news of their separation in July 2023 after being married for 27 years, but they haven’t officially filed for divorce yet.
Since his breakup, Umansky has been seen with multiple women, including models Nikita Kahn, 34, and Klaudia K, who was 33 when they were reportedly connected last year.
Franco, meanwhile, rose to fame looking for love on reality TV.
She was a judge on the first season of HBO Max’s FBoy Island, where she helped determine which of the male contestants were genuinely nice and which were there just to play games.
Franco ended up with ‘nice guy’ Jarred Evans, however their romance ultimately didn’t last.
