Love Island’s Theo Campbell welcomes a baby boy with girlfriend Olivia Kaiser as they reveal son’s unusual name

Love Island star Theo Campbell has welcomed a baby boy with his girlfriend Olivia Kaiser. 

On Thursday, the couple shared the first pictures of their son on Instagram, and announced his name: Atlas.

Oh my gosh, Theo is a dad! It still feels so surreal. He has the sweetest little boy, Aries, who was born back in February 2021 with his ex, Sapphire Yhnell. I’ve been following their journey since the announcement, and Aries is just the cutest!

The couple shared adorable photos from the hospital and announced the arrival of their baby, Atlas, on November 20th, 2025, at 1:39 PM. He weighed 5 pounds 5 ounces, was 19 inches long, and arrived two weeks early – they described him as perfect.

We’re overjoyed to announce the arrival of our baby boy! He’s the most gentle and peaceful little one, and we’re completely smitten. We’re so thankful and excited to start this wonderful new journey as a family.

‘And a huge shoutout to all the mothers out there – birth is NO JOKE.’

They wrote: ‘Congratulations you two!! He’s precious’ and ‘Congratulations! He is so cute!’ 

Theo and Olivia, 33, competed together on MTV’s The Challenge: Battle of the Eras last year. 

In July, the couple joyfully shared the news that they are expecting their first child, with a lovely photoshoot highlighting Olivia’s baby bump.

They shared an update with a sweet message: They’ve been taking some time away from their busy lives to enjoy peace, love, and look forward to exciting things happening soon.

‘Now it’s time to let you in on the journey… Our little one is arriving soon.’

Theo is also a father to a son named Aries, who he shares with influencer Sapphire. He previously admitted he was surprised to be having a child at his age, as it was his first time becoming a parent.

Theo, then 29 years old, had planned to wait until his mid-thirties to start a family, but he found being a dad wasn’t as daunting as he’d expected.

Speaking on FUBAR Radio with hosts Bobby Norris and Brooke Odun, he opened up about his son.  

He admitted he was surprised when it happened. He’d always planned to wait until he was 35 or 36 before having three children in quick succession.

I was really worried about this, expecting it to be incredibly difficult and frightening. It is a huge challenge, but it’s actually not as bad as I imagined. It’s surprisingly manageable, and not nearly as scary as I thought it would be.

The celebrity managed to keep their pregnancy completely private until after the baby was born, which they said was challenging, but ultimately worth it.

I learned that Sapphire, a mum to her adorable five-year-old, Tai, actually lives in Wales with him. Theo filled me in on the details, and it’s lovely to know where they are!

He explained that his child lives in Wales while he lives in London. Because of this, he has to travel 130 miles – roughly a two-hour drive – every Sunday.

He shared last year that he was originally going to be on the show’s All Stars version, but was removed from the cast just hours before he was scheduled to arrive.

Theo actually filmed the show’s promotional video, but was later moved from being a main cast member to a newcomer, and Luis Morrison took his place.

He slammed the producers for ‘wasting his time’ in a since deleted social media post. 

Theo shared on X (formerly Twitter) that he was frustrated after being initially selected to film Love Island. He said he spent five days preparing, only to be told the day before departure that his start date was delayed by two weeks, at which point he decided not to participate.
