Jonathan Bailey has been enjoying a busy week in Sydney, including the TikTok Awards and a relaxing visit to Bronte Beach.
The popular actor has recently been spotted with friends at The Beresford, a well-known pub in Surry Hills.
A 37-year-old was seen leaving a local pub in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs on Wednesday night after attending a drag queen bingo night called Bingay, which had a ‘Wicked’ theme.
Bailey, who plays Fiyero in the film adaptation of the musical, kept a low profile by wearing jeans and a black T-shirt.
The famous actor was spotted outside the venue, saying goodbye to friends with hugs after performing at the regular bingo night.
The man recently named People’s Sexiest Man Alive caused a stir at The Beresford when he excitedly yelled ‘Bingo!’ and rushed onto the stage.

The audience erupted in cheers when the host, dressed as Glinda, announced, ‘Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome my dear friend Jonathan Bailey!’
Bailey was all smiles as he waved to his fans, happy to take part in the night’s festivities.
Fans were thrilled and surprised Sunday night when the Hollywood actor unexpectedly showed up at a screening of Wicked: For Good in Sydney.
The British actor surprised everyone at an IMAX screening in Darling Harbour by unexpectedly walking onto the stage during a showing of the new, much-awaited movie. The crowded audience was completely shocked.
Radio personality Kent ‘Smallzy’ Small got the crowd excited before hinting at a surprise guest. He playfully asked listeners, ‘You won’t believe who I spotted near the movie theater – could it be someone from the cast of Wicked?’
A few moments later, he announced, “Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome Jonathan Bailey as Fiyero for a very special performance here in Oz tonight!”
The audience exploded with excitement when Bailey walked onto the stage, smiling and waving. They were completely surprised to see a famous movie star show up at their Sunday night movie screening.
Bailey posted a video on Instagram showing he had just arrived in Australia, but couldn’t help coming back to what he playfully referred to as ‘the true Australia’.

He announced his arrival back in Australia, saying he’d been longing to return to where the press tour for the first movie began last year. He shared the message in a quick video taken right before going on stage.
‘And I thought, why not end the press tour for Wicked: For Good back where it started?’
The actor shared that his family is visiting Australia and he’d already given them a surprise viewing of the film before going to the IMAX screening.
He chuckled, saying, ‘I believe this is the fourth-largest screen in the Southern Hemisphere!’ He added that he was thrilled to have a surprise for the audience, but was also happy to be back in Sydney and to be supporting the show Wicked: For Good.
