Heather Rae El Moussa, known from Selling Sunset, is dedicated to staying in shape after having her first child two years ago. She’s 5’7″ and works hard to maintain her figure.

On Tuesday, 38-year-old reality TV personality Flip Off posted a video on Instagram showing her methods for reducing bloating within 24 hours.

As someone who’s always focused on wellness, I’ve learned that consistency is key! I work with amazing trainer Paulina Hefferan, and together we focus on maintaining a strong core and, yes, those defined abs. It’s all about a dedicated approach to fitness and nutrition.

The creator of HRE Beauty, who has 4.1 million followers on social media, shared some quick tips for reducing bloating. She explained that she used to struggle with bloating herself, especially before photoshoots or filming, and developed these methods to feel her best.

The couple recently had a baby naturally, even though they initially underwent IVF. They still have frozen embryos from the IVF process, potentially for another child, but the 44-year-old host of Flipping 101 is unsure if they want to use them.

Tarek El Moussa and his former wife, Christina Haack, successfully co-parent their two children, 15-year-old Taylor and 10-year-old Brayden, even after their divorce in 2018 following a seven-year marriage.

On September 29th, the real estate duo and their 42-year-old co-star, who has been divorced three times, started filming the second season of their HGTV show, The Flip Off. The show challenges two teams to buy, renovate, and sell a house for the highest profit.

In the season one finale on March 5th, Tarek and Heather El Moussa won by making a $431,000 profit from their house flip, while Christina Haack earned $217,000.

Unfortunately, Tarek and Heather El Moussa’s HGTV show, The Flipping El Moussas, has been canceled, but they are currently looking for a new home for it on another network.

In June, Las Vegas police cited Tarek El Moussa for a minor assault after an incident at The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort. He was accused of jumping on a man’s back and hitting him in the head three times while protecting his father.

According to the Daily Mail, the man who survived thyroid cancer had his case dropped on August 5th after successfully completing a program designed to help people avoid criminal charges. As part of the program, he was required to attend impulse control counseling and maintain a clean record.
