Marquay The Goat, a popular TikTok creator with almost 7 million followers, has died at the age of 24.
On Wednesday, Sonja Collins, the mother of influencer Marquay Collins, shared a touching photo of them together on Instagram and announced his passing.
It’s with a truly heavy heart that I share some incredibly sad news. I’ve lost my beloved son, Marquay – my youngest, my ‘SnuggaBug’ as I affectionately called him. I’m absolutely heartbroken and still processing this loss, and at this time, I’m not ready to share the details surrounding his passing. It’s just… unimaginable.
He was one of the kindest people I’ve ever known, completely without malice. I wish I’d had more time with him; it felt like he was taken from us too soon.
Sonja finished her post by describing her son’s kindness and expressing gratitude to her 1.2 million followers for all their support.
She shared that her partner indulged both her and his father, Elzie, explaining that he believed they did the same for him. She then expressed gratitude for everyone’s kind thoughts and prayers and wished them a pleasant day.
Marquay was a huge social media personality, with 6.9 million followers on TikTok and almost 500,000 on Instagram.
