Jennifer Lopez has unveiled an unexpected new venture: advertising engagement rings.

The actress and singer, age 56, recently became the new spokesperson for Zen Diamond, and her ads are now appearing on the brand’s Instagram.

And now details of Lopez’s deal with Turkish jewelry brand are apparently coming into focus.

The popular singer, who recently earned $2 million performing at a lavish Indian wedding, reportedly received $10 million to advertise diamond rings and other jewelry, according to a source at Page Six.

While the offer from Zen Diamond was a significant amount of money for many celebrities, reports indicated it was considerably less than Jennifer Lopez typically earns for a single advertising campaign – potentially tens of millions of dollars less.

The Daily Mail has reached out to Jennifer Lopez’s team for a statement, but they haven’t heard back yet.

While Jennifer Lopez’s recent marketing work isn’t just about engagement rings, they were definitely a key feature in the jewelry she showcased for Zen Diamond.

Jennifer Lopez, known for her role in Hustlers, was seen in photos wearing a revealing black dress and a stunning engagement ring. The ring featured numerous small diamonds arranged like leaves and was worn on her right ring finger.

She completed her look with a diamond necklace and matching diamond earrings, which highlighted her beautifully made-up face.

In other photos from the campaign, Lopez looked stunning in a white, off-the-shoulder bodycon dress.

She was wearing a large diamond engagement ring with a halo of smaller stones, a sparkly diamond bracelet, and a necklace and earrings adorned with a variety of round and heart-shaped gems.

In another photo of the same outfit, she wore a delicate necklace covered in small diamonds.

For other photos from the campaign posted on Instagram, the singer wore a pale, flowing dress with off-the-shoulder detailing.

Jennifer Lopez was seen wearing a dazzling engagement ring – it had diamonds covering the entire band. She completed the look with a diamond necklace, bracelet, and simple earrings.

According to a source at Page Six, Jennifer Lopez frequently earns even more than she did for the recent jewelry campaign, despite the large payment she received.

‘She used to close much bigger deals. She used to get paid easily like $20, $30, even $50 million for endorsements. That’s why I was shocked,’ the source claimed. ‘That’s low for J.Lo.’

But the insider suggested that Lopez was looking for more than just money with the new venture. 

According to a source, Jennifer Lopez is motivated by a desire to remain relevant and recapture a sense of youthfulness, and financial concerns aren’t a factor.

‘I think J. Lo is in a phase where she’s doing anything to stay relevant,’ they added.

According to the source, she isn’t motivated by financial need. She’s seeking attention and wants to be the subject of conversation.

Zen Diamond chairman Emil Guzelis told the publication that Jennifer Lopez is more than just a famous celebrity; she embodies strength, genuineness, and lasting beauty.

Jennifer Lopez’s appointment as a global ambassador is raising eyebrows, as her personal life – including four marriages and divorces – seems at odds with her promotion of engagement rings.

Throughout those relationship, the Out Of Sight star has collected six engagement rings in total.

She recently married Ben Affleck, first in a small Las Vegas ceremony in July 2022, and then with a larger celebration at his Georgia home the following month.

After both ended previous relationships – his divorce from Jennifer Garner some years before, and her breakup with Alex Rodriguez earlier in 2021 – the couple reunited in the spring of 2021 and announced their engagement in April 2022.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, who were previously engaged in 2002 but canceled their wedding in 2004, faced ongoing rumors of trouble in their marriage. Lopez ultimately filed for divorce on August 20, 2024.

The divorce was finalized on January 6 of this year. 

Jennifer Lopez was married to Marc Anthony, a singer and actor, for ten years, from 2004 to 2014. They have twins together named Max and Emme.

Jennifer Lopez has a ring from each of her husbands, plus an additional ring Ben Affleck gave her when they were previously engaged but didn’t get married.

Jennifer Lopez also received a ring from a former boyfriend, David Cruz, who she was engaged to in the 1990s, but they didn’t get married.
