Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson’s documentary about Sean Combs finally has a release date.
Netflix will release a four-part documentary series called “Sean Combs: The Reckoning” on December 2nd. The series, directed by Alexandria Stapleton, explores allegations against the mogul Sean Combs. Producer Sean Jackson first mentioned he was working on the documentary about Combs and the accusations against him almost two years ago.
The series offers a detailed look at the life of the media and music mogul, including his legal troubles. It promises to reveal shocking new footage and feature candid interviews with people who knew him well – former colleagues, childhood friends, fellow artists, and employees.

Sean Combs, also known as Diddy, is being investigated by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department following allegations of sexual assault. A music producer claims they were assaulted twice.
Sean Combs always had a strong desire to be a star and a talent for finding gifted artists. He rapidly rose to prominence in the music industry with Bad Boy Entertainment, playing a key role in popularizing hip-hop and launching the careers of many iconic artists, including The Notorious B.I.G., Mary J. Blige, Jodeci, and Danity Kane. However, as he pursued his goals, a troubling side began to emerge.
After a seven-week trial in New York, Sean Combs was convicted in July of two charges related to transporting individuals for prostitution. He wasn’t found guilty on more severe accusations of racketeering and sex trafficking. Combs is currently serving a four-year prison sentence.
Jackson and Combs had a longstanding rivalry, and Jackson frequently used social media to publicly criticize Combs, especially as accusations against him grew and continued even after the trial concluded.
50 Cent, the rapper behind hits like “In Da Club” and an executive producer on the Starz show “Power,” recently told Netflix’s Tudum that he’s been dedicated to authentic storytelling for years through his G-Unit Film and Television company.
He expressed his thanks to everyone who shared their experiences and praised director Alexandria Stapleton for helping to tell this vital story.
Earlier this year, two documentaries explored the life of Sean Combs: “Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy” on Peacock and “The Fall of Diddy” on Investigation Discovery.
