Mel C shares a sweet moment with Mel B’s daughter Phoenix who supports her on stage at SuperDry & Co’s Oxford Street event

Mel C and Mel B’s daughter, Phoenix, shared a heartwarming moment at the SuperDry & Co event in London on Tuesday night.

Melanie Chisholm, also known as Sporty Spice, performed a one-hour DJ set at the event. She played classic Spice Girls songs like “Say You’ll Be There.”

Let me tell you, the energy was amazing at this event! Before Phoenix, who’s seriously a rising star at just 26, did her performance on stage, she was DJing for the VIPs – and the crowd was incredible! We’re talking Lottie Moss, Laura Whitmore, Jim Chapman… a really fantastic group enjoying the pre-show vibes. It was such a fun atmosphere!

When Mel C took to the stage, Phoenix hyped her up and was cheering from the side.

As soon as Mel saw her, she greeted her with a cheerful ‘Hello, Phoenix!’ over the microphone, and they hugged warmly.

According to a source speaking with the Daily Mail, it was a touching moment. Mel C and Mel B have a long-standing close relationship, making Phoenix feel like a member of the family.

Phoenix is hoping The Spice Girls will get back together and perform with the rest of the group again.

The pair joined guests in celebration SuperDry & Co’s new flagship store on Oxford Street.

Following Mel C’s exciting announcement that the Spice Girls are thinking about getting back together to celebrate their 30th anniversary next year, fans are buzzing with anticipation.

The Spice Girls – consisting of Mel C, Mel B, Emma Bunton, Victoria Beckham, and Geri Horner – broke up in 2001.

During an appearance on Good Morning America on Wednesday to discuss her new album, Sweat, the singer was asked about the possibility of a Spice Girls reunion.

Crossing her fingers, Mel said: ‘I remain optimistic. It’s our thirtieth anniversary next year.

‘We toured in 2019, we did a few stadium shows in the UK and it was incredible.

We’re incredibly proud of everything we’ve achieved and it’s amazing to see new generations discovering and loving the Spice Girls. I’d really love to perform with the girls again.

We’re exploring potential options and having conversations, but we’re being very careful. We want to be absolutely sure any new direction is the right fit and that we all agree on it before moving forward.

Victoria received support from her former Spice Girls bandmates Geri, Melanie C, and Emma Bunton when her Netflix documentary came out last month.

Last year, all five members of the band got together to celebrate Victoria’s 50th birthday.

At a glamorous party, all five Spice Girls reunited to perform their song “Stop” for the excited crowd, and David Beckham filmed the whole thing.
