Demi Lovato recently shared a photo on Instagram showcasing her impressive weight loss of around 50 pounds. The photo, taken on a yacht, features her wearing a black-and-white bikini.

Demi Lovato recently shared with Who What Wear that working on the ‘Child Star’ project was a really positive experience. They also explained that it allowed them to do a lot of personal healing, and they hope the changes they’ve made will inspire others across the country to do the same.
The famous singer then began advocating for the rights of child actors and performers in the United States.
Lovato explained that she directly urged California Governor Gavin Newsom to sign a specific bill. She said she ‘put him on the spot’ about it, and he called her the very next day to tell her he would sign it.
Lovato previously admitted that she found making the documentary to be a therapeutic experience.
The singer, who was on the show Barney & Friends from 2002 to 2004, recently told People magazine that revisiting her childhood experiences was a very positive and therapeutic process. She explained that acknowledging and embracing her true feelings as a child helped her heal.
Reflecting on past difficulties and accepting my challenges felt like giving my younger self the care and understanding I needed – something I didn’t receive during a difficult childhood.





Lovato spoke to the likes of Drew Barrymore, Kenan Thompson and Raven-Symone for Child Star.
The singer shared that she loves connecting with people who understand what she’s been through, because they’ve faced similar challenges.
Sharing our experiences really helped us feel connected and less isolated, even though we often felt alone in what we were going through. It fostered a strong sense of community.
Talking with the people featured in the film was genuinely helpful and felt good for me.
