Jelly Roll looked thinner than ever as his massive weight loss has hit new lows.
The 40-year-old musician, known for rapping and now country music, recently shaved off his beard after ten years and showed off his dramatically changed physique at a Tennessee Titans football game in Nashville on Sunday.
Fans were shocked to see the famous singer, Jason DeFord, looking very thin at the Seattle Seahawks away game.
Jelly Roll showcased his slimline physique in a black Titans hoodie with a matching backwards cap.
The athlete appeared cheerful while talking with running back Julius Chestnut and Titans owner Amy Adams Strunk.
The singer recently surprised his wife, Bunnie XO, by shaving off his beard after ten years of growing it.

However, his teenage daughter Bailee Ann had a much stronger reaction when he showed off his freshly shaved face.
The rapper, now a country music star, posted a video on YouTube Thursday showing him shave his beard. The video captured his daughter’s incredibly funny and dramatic reaction.
He started the video by explaining that losing weight inspired him to change his look.
Okay, I get it, some of you might be tired of hearing about my weight loss journey, but honestly, losing almost 200 pounds has been a total game-changer. It’s made me realize so much, and I wanted to share what’s been happening with me.
Jelly Roll shared that losing weight made him think about how he’d look if he shaved his beard.
He confessed he’d been growing a beard for ten years, hoping to disguise his double chin – though it hadn’t really worked.
He hadn’t shaved since he was released from jail and joked he was starting to look like a Ninja Turtle. Despite that, he was excited to shave and surprise his family.
In a video, the singer explained that while he told his wife he was going to shave his head, he didn’t give his daughter, Bailee Ann, who he shares with his ex, any warning.

‘My daughter’s going to see me without a beard for the first time ever,’ he said.
Jelly Roll shared a video of himself shaving, something he’d never done publicly before. This meant his fans hadn’t yet seen what he looked like without his beard when he decided to surprise his daughter.
The video created a funny, anxious feeling as the shaky camera followed Jelly Roll calling for Bailee, then panning to show him finding her in the kitchen.
As soon as the 17-year-old saw her father’s new appearance, she looked shocked and turned her face away from the camera.
“Stay where you are!” she called, glancing back, but Jelly Roll continued to come closer.
Bailee Ann burst into tears of laughter, exclaiming, “I can’t believe this!” and hugging herself tightly.
‘You look like a turtle!’ she exclaimed, just as her dad feared.
It was just…too much! She said it, and honestly, my heart broke a little. She was laughing, but then she’d cover her face, tears welling up, and it was like she didn’t even want to be happy. It was this weird mix of emotions, and I just couldn’t look away. It was devastating and beautiful all at once, and I felt everything with her, I swear.

You know those moments where you’re feeling so overwhelmed you’re not quite sure what you’re feeling? That’s exactly what she was experiencing. She was trying to laugh it off, but the tears were definitely there too. It was one of those times where everything just feels…a lot, and you kind of just need to curl up and process it all.
Jelly Roll began to reply, but immediately burst into laughter and dismissed him with a wave of his hand. The video then switched to a shot of him outside on his Tennessee farm, where he showed off his face without a beard.
The singer, known for ‘I Am Not Okay,’ playfully admitted, ‘You’ve probably noticed I look a bit like a Ninja Turtle!’ and added, ‘It was a really wild experience.’
Honestly, I was really struck by what he shared. He explained that he actually started growing his beard because he was struggling with his weight. He said it was a way to subtly hide what was going on with his face and neck, and it really resonated with me – it felt so honest and vulnerable.
Jelly Roll, in a video called ‘How I REALLY Feel About The Grammys…’, shared his thanks for the three Grammy nominations he recently received.

Jelly Roll received three Grammy nominations: Best Contemporary Country Album for ‘Beautifully Broken,’ Best Country Duo/Group Performance for his collaboration with Shaboozey on ‘Amen,’ and Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song for ‘Hard Fought Hallelujah,’ featuring Brandon Lake.
Jelly Roll recently shaved his beard, and his wife, Bunnie Xo, shared her reaction in a video on Instagram.
The podcast host, a blonde woman, shared that after being with her husband for almost ten years, she’s never once seen him without a beard or mustache. She emphasized that he’s always had facial hair.
She announced that her husband, to celebrate a photoshoot he’d just finished, was going to shave off his beard. She explained that because he’d lost weight and now had a very defined jawline, they wanted to show it off.
Before getting rid of his facial hair, Jelly Roll playfully suggested he was considering a facelift.
Bunnie insisted she wouldn’t look until every strand of hair was gone, repeatedly saying, ‘I’m not looking, okay?’
She explained that he attempted to reveal something to her, but she insisted on waiting until everything was finished. He then asked her to leave the room.
Bunnie came back to find her husband had grown a mustache she really liked – it had changed from a goatee to a thicker, more classic style.

She complimented her longtime love, telling him he looked ‘so fine’ and branding them both ‘fire.’
Once he’d shaved completely, she was surprised and covered her mouth, saying, ‘It’s not as bad as I expected to see his bare face.’
The couple then used FaceTime to show their family and friends the singer’s new look, and they shared everyone’s surprised responses.
One person said, ‘Oh my God, I’m gonna cry,’ and another added, ‘What the f***? I am scared.’
However, Jelly Roll — real name Jason DeFord — did not debut his hairless face at the time.
Fans were excited to find out what was happening, and Bunnie responded online, saying, ‘He’ll share when he’s ready ❤️.’
This follows Jelly Roll showing off his weight loss during a summer appearance when he filled in as host on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
The musician has been steadily losing weight, and last December, he announced his goal of appearing on the cover of Men’s Health magazine.

He revealed on his wife’s podcast, Dumb Blonde, that his new goal is to appear on the cover of Men’s Health magazine by March 2026.
The star declared: ‘I wanna have one of the biggest transformations.’
He added that he was ‘so glad’ to be having the discussion in front of an audience.
I had to share this with everyone, you know? I just needed to be real about what I’m going through, to be open with people about it. It’s been tough, and I felt like I needed to finally talk about it publicly.
Jelly Roll discussed how becoming famous can affect someone’s body image, saying he believes people who achieve a high level of fame often feel embarrassed when they lose weight.
People often feel deeply embarrassed and withdraw, sometimes losing weight in the process. When they re-emerge, they struggle to adjust to how others perceive their changed appearance or how they feel internally, and they have to essentially rebuild their social life and sense of self.
‘I wanted to lose it in front of everybody. I wanted to talk about it.’
