Richard Gere, 76, cuts a suave figure as he joins gorgeous wife Alejandra Silva, 42, at Madrid premiere of their short film What Nobody Wants to See

Richard Gere and his wife, Alejandra Silva, looked cozy together at the Madrid premiere of their short documentary, “What Nobody Wants to See,” on Monday night.

The 76-year-old actor, who has two young sons – Alexander, age six, and James, age five – with a Spanish activist, looked stylish in a navy suit.

Richard, who has a 25-year-old son named Homer with his former wife Carey Lowell, styled a tailored blazer over a white shirt and finished the outfit with fashionable black sneakers. He also neatly combed back his silver hair.

Alejandra, 42, looked stylish and relaxed at the event in a black tuxedo with satin details.

She made herself look taller with strappy heels and completed her look with diamond pendant earrings.

The couple, who got married in 2018 and recently moved to Spain, created a new film designed to help people better understand and care about those experiencing homelessness.

Earlier this year, Richard shared a rare photo of his youngest sons, posing with his wife in a heartwarming picture.

The actor known for Pretty Woman was photographed with his family and used the opportunity to support Open Arms, a non-profit organization.

Richard and Silva wore matching gray hoodies with their two sons, who faced away from the camera to display the sweatshirts’ design.

Richard wrote in the post’s caption: ‘Our whole family proudly supports @openarms_fund and their life-saving work. Shoutout to @alejandragere!’

The Open Arms Foundation offers free housing to people who need to travel for medical care, according to its website.

Richard has volunteered with the charity for many years. In 2019, he was aboard an Open Arms rescue ship in the Mediterranean Sea, assisting in delivering supplies to 121 migrants who had escaped the conflict in Libya.

In a previous interview with The Guardian, Richard discussed why he chose to approach the boat and help out.

He shared that he finds Open Arms incredibly inspiring and strongly agrees with their perspective on the world.

They’re working directly with the people involved, which is the best way to get accurate information. They emphasized the situation was very serious, not just for them, but for other rescue teams too.

The actor explained that they reacted immediately. “I knew I had to go see it for myself,” they said, and quickly drove to the Rome airport, arriving in just five minutes.

Earlier this year, Richard and Alejandra shared with Elle España about their decision to move from the United States to Spain.

The Hollywood star shared that they’re currently experiencing a really positive and energetic time in their lives, and they’ve never been happier.

She described feeling a deep connection with him, saying they were like soulmates. They shared the same beliefs and outlook on life, and she felt an instant, familiar connection, like they’d known each other forever. She believes that kind of connection is incredibly rare, if it happens at all.

Alejandra shared that Richard is a very involved and loving father. He enjoys reading stories to their children since they moved to Spain.

The photo looks perfect, and it really is how it seems – he’s a wonderful father. He doesn’t handle the cooking; that’s my job. But while I’m in the kitchen, he loves to play guitar.

Last November, Richard shared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that he and his family are moving to his wife’s home country.

My wife is from Spain, and after living here for around seven years, we’re planning to move to Madrid to be closer to her family for a while.

The celebrity shared with the talk show host that their children are growing up bilingual and will thrive as a result.
