Oprah Winfrey flaunts dramatic Ozempic transformation in workout gear after gym session

Oprah Winfrey was spotted leaving a gym session over the weekend in Santa Barbara.

The 71-year-old media executive, who recently highlighted her fit figure, was wearing a simple outfit: a white T-shirt, a gray zip-up hoodie, and black leggings.

She finished her outfit with white sneakers and pulled her dark brown hair back with a black headband.

The former talk show host walked to her car, carrying a big blue water bottle and wearing round glasses.

Oprah Winfrey was also seen carrying a brown leather bag during her outings, continuing to showcase her impressive weight loss.

She previously confessed to using Ozempic as ‘a tool’ to manage her weight.

Late in 2023, the Mississippi-born singer shared that she lost weight by adopting a healthier way of life.

She told Entertainment Tonight that it wasn’t a single issue, but a combination of everything, and she wanted to maintain that complexity.

Oprah Winfrey had previously stated she wasn’t using weight loss medication. She discussed her feelings about body image during a panel discussion in New York City as part of Oprah Daily’s “The Life You Want” series in September 2023.

She shared that she believes no other public figure has had their weight journey scrutinized as intensely as hers, during a discussion with experts from Weight Watchers and the field of obesity.

She used to believe she had to handle things herself, thinking that using medication would be taking the easy way out.

Soon after the discussion, the actress from The Color Purple revealed she was using GLP-1 medication, explaining she uses it when needed to help maintain a stable weight.

‘It quiets the food noise,’ she revealed to People in December 2023.

Oprah Winfrey will share her personal journey with weight management in an upcoming book called Enough: Your Health, Your Weight, and What It’s Like to Be Free, written by Dr. Ania Jastreboff.

She recently hinted on Instagram that her new book will explore her personal journey with weight. She explained it’s not a matter of willpower, but rather how biology and the brain impact weight management, a lesson she learned after years of struggling.

The talented performer is preparing to tour Australia and New Zealand, giving talks and presentations along the way.

She first shared news of the project on social media in late August, announcing on Instagram that she was excited to return to Australia and New Zealand after a decade. She encouraged everyone – friends, family, and all – to come, and provided a link to purchase tickets through @tegdainty in her bio.

The series of events kicks off in Sydney on December 4th and wraps up in Auckland on December 14th.
