Alan Carr shared that Amanda Holden attempted to assist him in finding a partner, but she wasn’t quite up to speed when creating his dating profile.
Close friends Amanda and Alan star in their travel show, and their newest adventure, “Amanda and Alan’s Greek Job,” follows them as they renovate a house in Corfu, Greece.
While in Greece, Amanda decided to try and help the comedian find love by creating a profile for him on a local dating app.
Alan told The Sun that Amanda signed him up for a Greek dating app, but she didn’t realize how much attention he’d get from men.
‘There were sizes, kinks: “Are you a train or a tunnel?” “Are you the letter or the letterbox?”‘
He recounted a funny moment where she playfully admitted she’d struggled with some questions, saying, ‘Alan, I love you, but I really had to take some guesses!’ He felt she’d underestimated how personal the questions would be, expecting something simpler like being asked about eye color.

The comedian married Paul Drayton in 2018, with Adele officiating the ceremony. They announced their separation in January 2022 after 13 years together.
He recently told The Daily Mail that he is single again after ending his relationship with his younger boyfriend, Callum Heslop, who is 28 years old.
Alan previously said he would never use apps as shared the one condition he has while dating.
He recently told the Mirror that he’s starting to date again, but is taking things slowly. He doesn’t want to use dating apps and prefers to meet people through friends. So far, the dates haven’t gone well, partly because he travels a lot. However, he feels ready to find someone – anyone, really.
Alan described his ideal type, saying he’s attracted to athletic, muscular men. He jokingly described wanting someone ‘big and chunky all over,’ hinting at a preference for a robust physique.
Despite wanting to find love, the TV personality said he wasn’t using any dating apps. He joked, ‘How could I be on Grindr? I’m just relaxing right now. Does anyone really want to see my face on a dating app?’
Alan recently revealed the true reason he became emotional and started crying at the end of the Celebrity Traitors finale.
The comedian reached the final round of the game alongside Cat Burns, Joe Marler, Nick Mohammed, and David Olusoga, after being selected as a ‘Traitor’ with Jonathan Ross and Cat Burns.

Honestly, when I heard the news, I completely broke down. Then, during his interview on This Morning on Friday, he explained what really got to him. He said it was Nick – during that final meeting, Nick looked him right in the eye and said, ‘We’ve got this,’ and that’s when it hit him. He realized he was the one who had to take charge, and that’s what made him cry.
‘But what came over me? I started getting a blood lust… I wanted a murder.’
He also opened up about the ‘abuse’ that he received when he murdered his co-star Tom Daley, 31.
Alan confessed to killing Paloma and said he felt terrible about it. He then admitted to killing Tom Daley, after which he received hateful messages from members of the LGBTQ+ community.
‘”Oh, you’ve killed the only eye candy in the castle, Alan!” Like, “Hello!”
‘And then I had to kill poor Celia Imrie.’
