Emily Seebohm seems to be starting to date again shortly after her ex-boyfriend, Ryan Gallagher, announced he was also looking for a new relationship following their breakup.
On Friday night, 33-year-old Olympic athlete shared a cozy photo on Instagram with a man whose face she obscured, sparking curiosity among her followers.
The athlete snapped a photo of herself and her new partner reflected in a window, intentionally obscuring his face with the flash.
Emily beamed as she cosied up to the man on, what appeared to be, a date night.
Okay, so I was looking at this photo, and it seems like it was taken last Saturday night. It’s funny, because she’s actually wearing the exact same outfit she posted on Instagram just last week! It’s a good look, clearly, if she’s repeating it so soon!
She wore a smooth, white satin dress from Sneaky Link with a low-cut neckline.
Emily completed her stylish outfit with a shiny black clutch and some of her go-to jewelry.
She wore very little makeup, just enough to emphasize her features, and styled her blonde hair with a gentle curl.
While that happened, her companion looked sharp in a black tuxedo. They seemed to be posing for pictures in a hotel lobby.
This isn’t the first hint Emily’s given about a new relationship. She previously shared a photo last month of a hand resting on a man’s knee—you can see the picture here.

Emily seems to be dating someone new, following her recent breakup with Ryan, 37, which had been widely known for a while. He recently confirmed the split.
Last Saturday, the Married At First Sight star – who has a two-year-old son named Sampson with Emily – revealed on Instagram that he’s started dating again.
Ryan mentioned he recently started dating and had a date on Sunday, explaining he doesn’t go on dates very often.
Ryan didn’t share who he was with, but said the date was a disaster. His date told him they just didn’t seem to connect.
Ryan and Emily, who were engaged in 2022, have been the subject of split rumours since April.
People noticed something was up when Ryan and Emily stopped following each other on Instagram, after Ryan unfollowed Emily.
According to a source at Sky News Australia, the couple has broken up, two years after having their son, Sampson.
Ryan and Emily are working to adjust to a new routine, and it’s been challenging,” a source revealed.
Their main focus is their son, Sampson, and making sure he feels loved and supported by both of his parents. They haven’t seen a reason to comment publicly about the situation.
The report stated that Ryan has moved to Brisbane and is now living independently following the breakup.
