Gal Gadot looks sensational in a figure-hugging sequinned gown as she attends Beverly Hills charity bash – while tensions with Snow White co-star Rachel Zegler rumble on

Gal Gadot stunned on the red carpet at Thursday’s Women’s Guild Cedars-Sinai Fall Snow Ball Gala, held at the Beverly Hills Wilshire Hotel.

Okay, let me tell you, Gal Gadot absolutely shined at the event! She wore this gorgeous, champagne-colored sequin dress – seriously, it fit her like a dream and really showed off her incredible figure. It was a total showstopper, and she looked amazing.

Gal looked stunning in a high-necked, long-sleeved outfit, with sparkling silver details that caught the light.

She completed her look with silver jewelry and brightened it up with red lipstick and a matching nail polish.

This news follows reports that Rachel Zegler, Gal’s co-star in Snow White, stopped following her on Instagram after disagreements about politics.

The actress who played Evita, age 24, appears to have stopped following Gal on social media. However, as of right now, Gal still follows Rachel.

The disagreement between the two famous celebrities reportedly began because they have very different views on the conflict between Israel and Palestine.

Although Gal Gadot had previously stated she enjoyed working with Rachel Zegler on the Disney live-action remake, her recent actions imply their relationship may not be as friendly as she claimed.

Gal has consistently voiced support for Israel’s right to safety and existence, strongly denounced Hamas’s actions, and called for the release of hostages captured in October 2023.

Rachel has publicly expressed support for Palestine, including writing ‘Free Palestine’ in a post promoting the trailer for the new Snow White movie.

Reports of friction between the two actors surfaced during interviews for their new movie, and their uncomfortable joint appearance at the Oscars seemed to validate those claims.

Gal was recently granted a court order preventing pro-Palestine protesters from approaching her while she’s filming in London, following disruptions to a movie shoot.

Eight people have been charged with violating the Trade Union and Labour Relations Act of 1992 after allegedly disrupting filming for the movie, The Runner.

This law stops people from blocking entrances to workplaces. It was first introduced to address disruptive protests and picket lines during labor strikes.

Filming for the movie starring the Israeli actress was repeatedly interrupted in May at locations in Westminster and Camden, and elsewhere.

I was really moved to see people showing their support for Palestine during the protests. I heard that some demonstrators were wearing keffiyehs, and I even saw reports of them making noise by banging on saucepan lids while on Waterloo Bridge – it was a powerful display of solidarity.

Gal, a veteran of the Israeli Defense Forces, expressed her solidarity with Israel following the Hamas attacks on her homeland on October 7, 2023. The attacks resulted in the deaths of approximately 1200 people, primarily Israeli citizens, and the abduction of over 240 others.

Gal Gadot has called for peace between Israel and its neighbors, urging an end to fighting and a future built on living together peacefully.

Rachel has received her own backlash for her stance on the divide.

According to reports, Marc E. Platt, a producer on the upcoming Snow White film, spoke with Rachel to express his disapproval of her sharing political opinions in a post related to the movie.

Marc’s son explained that the disagreement started with a comment on Rachel’s Instagram post, and was also connected to Rachel’s reaction to Donald Trump’s 2020 re-election, where she expressed a wish that his supporters would ‘never know peace’.

Several celebrities have experienced negative consequences for publicly supporting Palestine. A recent example is Melissa Barrera, who lost her role in Scream 7 due to social media posts expressing support for Palestine that were deemed offensive.

After a string of controversies and bad publicity surrounding the new Snow White film, Disney significantly reduced its planned premiere celebrations, opting instead for a few carefully managed press events.

As a huge fan, I always find it interesting to learn about how Disney handles promotion. It was really different with this film – instead of the usual massive press tour you’d expect for a big Disney movie, the cast mostly did interviews with people from Disney, like Jodi Benson, who famously voiced Ariel in the original ‘Little Mermaid’ back in 1989. It felt very controlled and in-house, which was a bit unusual.

At a screening in Los Angeles in March, Rachel briefly responded to the criticism the film has received. Some have called it ‘woke,’ suggesting its focus on delivering a message overshadowed genuine storytelling.

Rachel, the young star of the movie, says she sees the strong reactions to her work as a sign of how much people care about the character.

It’s a real privilege to contribute to something people care deeply about. We won’t always agree with everyone, and the best we can do is always put our best effort forward.
