Get ready to experience high-stake extraction gameplay with the new mode
Call of Duty Mobile players are in for a treat with the new DMZ: Recon mode! It offers a thrilling, tactical experience where you try to sneak onto the new Serpent Island map, complete missions, defeat enemies, and steal their gear to upgrade your own with each successful escape.
Get your team ready for intense battles, scavenging, and quick escapes! Call of Duty: Mobile’s new DMZ mode, ‘Recon,’ launches December 11th at 12 AM Pacific Time.

DMZ: Recon is inspired by the DMZ mode from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Call of Duty: Warzone. If you’re familiar with it, you know how enjoyable it can be. Even though COD Warzone Mobile ended on May 18th, you can now play a similar experience within CODM.
The game mode focuses on player versus player versus environment action, where you enter the Serpent Island map to collect valuable items and complete goals. The challenge is that if you die before escaping, you lose all your loot, making for a highly competitive experience.
Honestly, the new trailer looks amazing! It seems like the Call of Duty Mobile team really nailed everything this time around. I’m super hyped to jump in on December 12th – it reminds me of when I was spending all my time playing Warzone with my friends during the lockdowns. I’m hoping to get that same feeling, but now I can play it all on my phone!
