Cookie Run Kingdom is teaming up with the hit Broadway musical and movie, Wicked! For a limited time, players can enjoy a special event featuring the iconic characters Elphaba and Glinda. Expect plenty of new content inspired by the world of Wicked, including fresh events, character outfits, and decorations for your kingdom.

Here’s an update on the upcoming Cookie Run Kingdom X Wicked collab event. We’ll quickly go over what’s been shown in the teaser trailer.

What we know about the Cookie Run Kingdom x Wicked collab

Let’s go over what the trailer revealed about the upcoming collab event:

Two new cookies: Glinda and Elphaba

This collaboration between Cookie Run: Kingdom and the musical Wicked is different from other big partnerships, like the Disney Cookie World event. Instead of just appearing as decorations, the characters of Elphaba and Glinda will both be playable in the game, each with unique skills. However, Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, who played the roles in the movie adaptation, didn’t record voice lines for these in-game versions.

The roles have been recast with new voice actors. Shara Kirby now voices Elphaba, and she’s previously voiced characters like Chalce in Pokémon: Horizons and Franceska Mila Rose in Bleach: Rebirth of Souls. Glinda is now voiced by Erin Yvette, who is known for her work as Dora in Hades II and Blonde Blazer in Dispatch.

Based on the trailer, Elphaba seems like she’ll be a powerful, quick-attack cookie, possibly similar to Bomber or Magic types. Glinda, on the other hand, appears to focus on controlling groups of enemies, and could be a Magic, Support, or Healing cookie. We see her bubble has healing effects, suggesting she might also buff and heal her team. However, the full extent of both cookies’ abilities is still a mystery, so we’ll have to wait and see what they can really do.

Arcade Arena: CRK x Wicked

A new Arcade Arena is coming, inspired by the CRK x Wicked collaboration! The two new cookies will be especially strong in this mode. It’s different from the usual game play because you’ll build a team of seven cookies instead of five, and you can bring five Treasures instead of the usual three.

New Decorations

Keep an eye out for new decorations inspired by the movie Wicked! Like before, placing the Elphaba and Glinda figures among the decorations will unlock fun surprises and interactions – there are many to discover, so start exploring!

New My Cookie Icings

To continue the collaboration between Cookie Run: Kingdom and Wicked the Musical, a new icing design is coming to the game. It’s inspired by the uniforms worn at Shiz University, the school attended by the characters Elphaba and Glinda.

New Cookie Costumes

Three new costumes resembling Dorothy’s three companions will also be part of the collab:

  • The Tin Man – Mercurial Knight Cookie
  • The Lion – Cloud Haetae Cookie
  • The Scarecrow – Lemon Cookie

Cookie Run Kingdom X Wicked collab release date

The exciting collaboration between CRK and Wicked will launch on November 23, 2025 (GMT+9). It’s currently unclear how long this special event will be available in the game, so stay tuned for future announcements and updates.
