Oh my god, I just read that Vogue Williams is actually worried about her glutes while she’s in the jungle! Can you believe it? She said she’s terrified of ‘losing the ass that took so long to build‘ – seriously, that’s the most Vogue thing ever! I mean, she’s roughing it in the Australian outback, but her biggest fear is losing her amazing physique? I’m living for it! It just proves how dedicated she is, even when faced with bugs and basic rations. It’s hilarious and adorable all at the same time, honestly. I can’t wait to see how she manages to maintain everything out there – she’s a queen!

The 40-year-old celebrity is dedicated to staying in shape and is concerned about losing her fitness progress while on the show.

On her podcast, Vogue & Amber, she talked about how she’s looking forward to having some free time and plans to start taking small exercise classes while she’s there.

I’ve worked really hard to build my glutes, and they’re still quite small. I’m determined to keep working on them with squats, no matter where I am, and I’m really enthusiastic about it!

Vogue works out in the gym five days a week and exercises with a personal trainer. 

The presenter shared her worries about the Bushtucker Trials, specifically saying she’s really not good with anything involving fish.

She admitted she’d rather face a room full of spiders than be anywhere near fish, saying, ‘I just can’t stand them.’

It’s strange – some people seem to have an irrational fear of emptiness, because you can’t get a read on what’s going on in their minds, as if their minds are just blank.

It feels chaotic – everyone is running around trying to avoid each other. Honestly, I just don’t enjoy eating seafood like seals, fish, lobsters, or crabs.

Amber explained, ‘The key is to stay completely still. Any movement, even a little shake, will disturb them. Just take a deep breath and try to picture yourself somewhere else.’

Vogue jokingly wondered if a fish might swim into her trousers, recalling an incident where someone had a real snake get stuck in their pants and was forced to remain still until it could be removed. She clarified she wasn’t referring to a metaphorical ‘snake,’ but a literal one!

On Thursday, Vogue will join Tom Read Wilson as the celebrities tackle the first of two team challenges in the jungle – the infamous Bushtucker Trials.

The presenter, who also appears on Celebs Go Dating, will be staying in a luxurious ‘Leader’s Lodge’ when they enter the camp in the next episode.

The two guests will be appearing on the show soon, and it seems the challenge they’re facing might be easier than they initially expected.

I’m hearing from The Mirror that the celebrities enjoying a bit of luxury in camp – people like Kelly Brook, Ruby Wax, and Martin Kemp – might really annoy the others. It sounds like it could cause some tension!

Vogue and Tom will have their own comfy beds, their own dunny and views over the whole camp. 

According to a source, the treehouse is part of a psychological study. Researchers will be observing the participants from above, and this setup is expected to create tension and conflict.

I’m telling you, when they get here, it’s going to be a total takeover. They’re going to be running the whole camp, dictating everything we do – from how we spend our days to even the simplest tasks we’re assigned. It’s like they’ll be in complete control of our lives.

Campers will compete for badges, and they’ll need to really impress the head explorers to win them. It’s going to be a tough competition.
