How I’m A Celeb star Kelly Brook remains the ultimate swimsuit model three decades on from her Page 3 days – and she still gets to enjoy pasta and wine!

She became well-known in the 1990s as a Page 3 model, quickly becoming famous for her figure – a size 8 with a 32E bust.

Kelly Brook, now 45, showed off her figure on Wednesday’s episode of ‘I’m A Celebrity,’ surprising viewers with her stunning appearance during a shower scene. It’s been about thirty years since she was a top model, but she clearly still looks incredible.

Knowing the show often featured scenes of contestants showering in the jungle, Kelly carefully chose her bikinis and had them tested on camera to make sure they looked good on television.

The strategy worked perfectly – she looked amazing in a palm-printed swimsuit with a flattering scooped neckline, and she had a great time playing around with her fellow campmates, Shona McGarty and Alex Scott.

Kelly, a spokesperson for SlimFast, recently shared her secret to staying in shape: enjoying everything in moderation.

She told the Daily Mail that her aim isn’t weight loss, but rather to keep her current shape, and she achieves this with surprisingly easy tips and tricks.

She described her usual breakfast as either a granola bar and coffee when she has time, or a quick SlimFast shake if she’s in a hurry.

For lunch, it’s usually another diet shake or a quick meal replacement bar, but dinner is when I allow myself to really enjoy my food.

Last year, she described how she looks forward to coming home to a warm, cooked meal. She shared that her husband is very thoughtful – he always lights a candle and sets the table nicely for her.

Because he’s Italian-French, family meals are really important to him, and we also enjoy taking lots of walks together.

Honestly, staying active with them is a huge part of my life! We’re always looking for things to do together, and it’s amazing. We’ve got this adorable dog, so every weekend we’re out on these incredible hikes – usually around two hours long – and it’s just… perfect. I absolutely love it!

We definitely prefer an active lifestyle – we’d rather go for a walk with the dog than stay home and watch a movie.

Kelly thought about how views on weight have changed, and how her own body has changed over the years. She remembered being called ‘curvy’ during her modeling career, even though she was actually much thinner then – just a typical, average size.

Back then, the modeling industry favored very thin models, but I helped pave the way for fuller-figured women by working with lingerie brands that celebrated curves.

Look, I always say you can’t win them all, and honestly, it’s been tough seeing Kelly deal with negativity online. She’s shared that people are now commenting on her looks, which is just awful. It’s a reminder that no matter what you do, someone will always have something to say, and you really have to learn to tune that out.

She explained that she understands it might be surprising for people who still remember her as a model from the nineties.

I feel good about myself and my appearance. I’m happy to have overcome any worries I used to have about my body.

If people don’t recognize me, that’s okay – they’ll just need to adjust to the change.

This isn’t my fault, it’s entirely their responsibility. I’m not concerned because people change over time – they probably looked quite different even 25 years ago!

Oh my gosh, Kelly’s transformation is just incredible! I remember when she came back to the UK from LA in 2018, she’d gone up to a size 16 from a 12. But she totally turned things around with SlimFast, and she’s been so open about how she has to watch her weight now. Apparently, any extra pounds go straight to her chest – can you believe it? She’s a 34FF now, and it’s amazing how she handles it all, honestly. I’m obsessed with her journey!

She recently shared with OK! Magazine that she went for a 6km run and takes precautions to prevent chafing, including wearing supportive sports bras and applying lubricant.

‘So I’m just not comfortable being heavier, I’m too much of an active person.

As we age and our hormones change, our metabolism naturally slows down. That means it’s important to pay closer attention to your diet and lifestyle.

Before going on I’m A Celebrity, Kelly shared that she’d been preparing by enjoying comfort foods like chocolate, roast dinners, and wine.

She admitted she hadn’t followed through on her plans to go to the gym and go hiking, despite telling people she would.

Kelly shared that she was offered weight loss injections right before going on the show, but she decided not to use them.

Kelly recently shared on the ‘How To Fail With Elizabeth Day’ podcast that a doctor offered her the drug Mounjaro just last week, which she found surprising.

She recounted asking why she needed something, and he simply replied that everyone else was using it. She told him she wasn’t interested, and when she asked about potential side effects, he claimed there weren’t any.

We had a long discussion, but I stuck to my guns. He understands I won’t be swayed because people keep trying to offer me things. I have my own preferences and know what I want.

Kelly said she’s open to cosmetic procedures and treatments, but she won’t be using weight-loss injections.

I really enjoy taking care of my skin with facials and massage. I get a little Botox to help with frown lines, but I generally do take steps to maintain my appearance. However, I’m very protective of my body and don’t like to make drastic changes to it.

‘I love my body, I absolutely love my body. I did a marathon this year, and I’m 45 years old.

I’m grateful for everything my body has allowed me to experience, and I embrace my natural shape. My husband appreciates it too. It’s a shame that so many women feel pressured to change themselves.
